Settings location

Header toolbar settings
These settings are in the top-right corner of the screen:Theme
Click the sun/moon icon to change the color theme:- Light — Light background, dark text
- Dark — Dark background, light text
- System — Follows your operating system setting
Language
Click the language dropdown to switch interface language:- English
- Russian
In the desktop app, the native application menu (File, Edit, View, Window, Help) is also translated to Russian when the system language is Russian or when you switch the app language to Russian.
Safe for work
Toggle the SFW switch to blur sensitive content. Useful when sharing your screen or working in public. Keyboard shortcut:- Mac: Command+Shift+B
- Windows: Ctrl+Shift+B
Header toolbar settings are saved locally on your device. They don’t sync between browsers or devices.
Preferences page settings
Open the Preferences page from the sidebar: Settings → Your Preferences These settings sync to your account and work on any device:- Date & Time — Time zone, time format, week start day
- Keyboard Shortcuts — View available shortcuts (desktop app and extension)
Account page
Open the Account page from the sidebar: Settings → Account The page has three sections:Profile
- Email — Your account email (read-only)
- Username — A display name visible to other team members. Must be 3-30 characters, lowercase letters, numbers and underscore only. Click Save to apply changes.
Password
Change your account password. Enter your current password and a new password, then click Save to apply.Danger Zone
At the bottom of the Account page, you will find the Danger Zone section. This section is available to agency owners. Delete Account permanently removes your AgencyKey account and all associated data, including all users, groups, creators, roles, and proxies. To delete your account:- Toggle the safety switch to enable the delete button
- Click Delete Account
- Confirm the action in the dialog — the confirmation explains exactly what will be deleted
