Groups

Group panel

Located to the left of the table. Shows:

• Tree of groups and subgroups
• Employee counts (in group / in subgroups / total)

Click on a group to see its employees.

Include subgroups

When a group is selected, the Include Subgroups checkbox appears above the employee table. Toggle it to control which employees are shown:

• Enabled — shows employees from the selected group and all its subgroups
• Disabled — shows only employees who belong directly to the selected group

Creating a group

1. Hover over a group
2. Click the menu icon
3. Select Add Sub-Group
4. Enter the name
5. Click Create

Nesting limits

You can create up to six subgroup levels below the agency root. When the limit is reached, a message appears: “Cannot create subgroup. Maximum nesting level (6) reached.”

Editing a group

1. Hover over a group
2. Click the menu icon
3. Select Edit Group
4. Change the name or parent group
5. Click Save

Deleting a group

1. Hover over a group
2. Click the menu icon
3. Select Delete
4. Confirm deletion

Blocked deletion

A subgroup can be deleted only when it and its descendants are unused. If Delete is hidden or blocked, move, deactivate, or remove employees as appropriate and clear other creator or workspace assignments attached to that branch. The agency root cannot be deleted. Deleting an eligible subgroup also removes its empty descendant groups, and there is no undo action in the interface.

Hover over the counter to see details:

• In group: X
• In subgroups: Y
• Total: Z

Permissions

Managing groups requires the Team Members → Manage Groups permission. Without it, the group context menu (create, edit, delete) is not available. Group visibility depends on your role — you can see your own group and all subgroups below it in the hierarchy.
