The sidebar gives you access to the sections allowed by your role and to chats for your assigned creator accounts.

Collapse or expand

Click the arrow button or use keyboard shortcuts:
  • Mac: Command+B
  • Windows: Ctrl+B
In collapsed mode, only icons are shown. You can still scroll through the complete menu. AgencyKey remembers this choice on your current device. In the standalone web version, the layout also adapts to the window width. From 768 to 1279 px the sidebar becomes a 56 px icon rail automatically; select a section icon to open its submenu. Below 768 px, use the hamburger menu in the top bar. When the window is wide again, AgencyKey restores your saved expanded or collapsed choice. These automatic breakpoints do not change the sidebar in AgencyKey Desktop. The exact items you see depend on your permissions and assigned creator accounts.

Creator filters

Use search and the filter icon next to Creators to narrow the model list. A group, selected tags, Without tags, and search can work together.
  • Selecting a parent group also includes creators available through its subgroups.
  • Select one or more colored tags to find the models carrying those agency tags.
  • Use Without tags to find models that still need classification.
  • Open a creator’s info popover to see up to three tags and a counter for any additional tags.
The filter shows only the groups and tags available to you. Missing choices can reflect your assignments, role, or an empty tag catalog.
Users with the required access manage groups in Employees → Team Members. The number beside a group shows how many creators are available in that group and its subgroups.

Creator tabs

The Creators section shows your connected and assigned OnlyFans accounts. Select a creator to open their chats.

Reordering creators

Drag a creator up or down to change the order. The order is saved only on the current device. Reordering is unavailable while search or a creator filter is active; clear them first so you are arranging the complete list.

Drag open chat tabs to arrange them. Tab order is also saved on the current device.

Open tabs

AgencyKey remembers your open chat tabs for each creator on the current device.
Sidebar size, creator order, tab order, and open tabs do not sync between browsers or devices.

Creator context menu

Right-click a creator in the model menu, or open its context menu, to use the actions available for its current state: Page actions appear only when that creator page is open. Model settings and Hide from menu require Accounts access. To restore a hidden model, open it in CRM → Accounts and enable In Menu.

Tab actions

  • Pin or unpin: right-click a chat or CRM tab, then choose Pin tab or Unpin tab
  • Open chat in a new tab: middle-click a chat in the list
  • Close tab: Command+W / Ctrl+W
  • Next tab: Control+Tab
  • Previous tab: Control+Shift+Tab
  • Reopen closed: Command+Shift+T / Ctrl+Shift+T
Pinned tabs use a compact icon-only view. They can still be reordered by dragging, and their pinned state is saved on the current device.

Support

Select the Telegram Support button in the top bar, next to the app version, to open Contact support. This shortcut stays in the top bar whether the creator menu is on the left or above the workspace. Use Open in Telegram on this computer, or scan the QR code with your phone. When the chat opens, describe the problem and include the creator or section you were working with when relevant.

Open in desktop app

The Open in Desktop App button is in the top bar beside Settings. It appears only in the web version. Select it to continue in AgencyKey Desktop. If the app is not installed, use the offered download link. If a section is missing, your role or creator assignment does not include it. Ask the Owner or someone who can manage team access to review your setup. The AI & MCP and Public API entries are independent and appear only with their respective permissions. Network appears only in AgencyKey Desktop.
