Tasks is a delegation and to-do system built into AgencyKey. Team leads create tasks, assign them to employees, optionally link them to a model or a specific fan, set a priority and due date, and track progress through four statuses. The same tasks also appear inside OnlyFans chats as a checklist, so chatters can work through their queue without leaving the conversation.
What you can do
- Create tasks and assign them to team members
- Set priority and due date for each task
- Link a task to a model and/or a specific fan
- Discuss the work in threaded comments
- Change status and priority inline, right from the table
- Duplicate any task to save time on similar work
- Filter the list by status, priority, assignee, author, model, fan, or due date
- Open your task checklist directly inside OnlyFans chats
Where to find it
Navigate to Employees > Tasks in the sidebar. The page opens at the full-width tasks table.

Filters
Eight filters are available in the filter bar at the top of the table:
- Search — find tasks by title or description
- Status — show only tasks with a specific status
- Priority — show only tasks with a specific priority
- Assignee — show only tasks assigned to a specific person
- Author — show only tasks created by a specific person
- Model — show only tasks linked to a specific model
- Fan — show tasks that have a fan attached, no fan, or all
- Due Date — show tasks within a date range
You can hide filters you don’t use through the filter chooser.
Auto-refresh
The table header has an auto-refresh toggle. When it’s on, the list updates on its own while you keep the page open — useful when your team is actively changing tasks.
Even with auto-refresh off, any change to a task made by you or a teammate appears live across all open pages.
Access
Tasks are available for team members with the Tasks permission. What you can do depends on your role:
- View — see the Tasks page and the list
- Create — add new tasks
- Edit — change a task and add comments
- Delete — remove a task
Your admin can also limit whose tasks you see — only your own, only your subordinates’, or everyone in your group.
