Filtering
Coverage outside your employee scope
An interval can appear as Occupied without an employee name when the shift contributes to real creator coverage but the employee identity is outside your data scope. It reduces open time correctly, but it has no edit or delete actions. This avoids exposing an employee while also avoiding a false uncovered interval.Loading and recovery
If the first schedule load fails, the calendar shows Retry. A failed later request preserves the last confirmed schedule where possible. Group and creator filters are validated together before loading, so an invalid pair is not silently expanded to a broader calendar.Quick actions
