Display density
Use the S / M / L toggle to change the calendar density:
| Mode | Name | Description |
|---|
| S | Compact | Minimal cell height, more rows visible at once |
| M | Default | Standard cell height |
| L | Comfortable | Larger cells with more shift details visible |
Choose Compact mode when you need an overview of many creators at once. Switch to Comfortable for a detailed look at individual shifts.
Visual indicators
Coverage bar
Each cell shows a 24-hour bar:
- Green — has an assigned employee
- Gray — no shift (open hours)
Status cards

| Open Shifts Xh Ym | There are uncovered hours |
| All Shifts Filled | Full 24-hour coverage |
Shift details
Below the bar you’ll see:
- Time (e.g., 09:00 - 17:00)
- Repeat icon (if recurring)
- Employee name and avatar
Navigation
- Scroll left — past days (load automatically)
- Scroll right — future days (load automatically)
- Date filter — jump to a specific date
Date headers stick to the top of the calendar while you scroll horizontally, so you always see which day each column belongs to.

Quick actions
Hover over a shift:
- Empty cell — plus icon to create shift
- Filled shift — edit and delete icons
