When you open a creator’s chat or vault view inside AgencyKey, each vault photo is enriched with overlays so you can see at a glance what’s in it, whether it was already sent, and how it performed. All editing happens inline — no need to switch back to the Vault page.

Caption and hashtag overlay

Every vault photo in the OnlyFans chat carries a translucent strip at the bottom with:
  • Caption (first line) — the description from AgencyKey
  • Hashtags (second line) — prefixed with #, separated by commas
Both lines truncate with an ellipsis. Hover the info icon to see the full text.

Editing inline

Hover a vault photo and click the pencil icon to open the anchored Vault Media Editor popover. It normally opens below the pencil and automatically changes side near a screen edge. You can edit:
  • Caption — public text used by the media overlay
  • Note — internal context visible only to CRM users; it never falls back into the public caption
  • Hashtags — multi-select dropdown with every hashtag available for the creator
The editor loads the current values before enabling Save, so an older thumbnail cannot overwrite newer metadata. If the current metadata cannot be confirmed, Save stays unavailable and the editor shows an error. After a successful save, the caption-and-hashtag overlay updates immediately. You can also press Cmd+Enter or Ctrl+Enter to save. In a narrow or short window, only the form area scrolls. The editor title and Cancel / Save actions stay visible, and the hashtag list follows the available editor width.
Inline editing is ideal during a chat when you remember something about a photo — add a tag, public caption, or private team note without leaving the conversation.

Sent / purchased status strip

Each vault photo also has a coloured strip showing whether it has already been sent to someone and, if so, what happened: A relative date is shown next to the status (for example, 2d ago). Next to the date you can also see small info badges:
  • GIF / duration for video or audio
  • post / story when the media came from a post or story
  • likes and tips when available
The status strip is a read-only overlay. To resend the media, attach it in the composer as you normally would.

PPV context in the Stats panel

Inside the PPV Stats panel, every sent PPV message has a round message icon button next to its price badge. Click it to open the PPV context modal, which loads a short section of the conversation around that exact PPV. The selected message is centered and outlined so it remains easy to find. You see:
  • The full text of each surrounding message
  • Price and opened state for PPV messages
  • Tips and attachment counts
  • Day dividers and labelled edges when earlier or later messages are not included
The modal does not present this short section as the complete conversation. If more recent messages exist, it points you to Show in chat to continue reading. If the earlier or later side cannot load, the target PPV and every successfully loaded message stay visible. A red divider marks the missing side, and Retry loads the missing context without discarding the part you already have. An initial load failure also offers Retry; closing the modal stops loading. This is useful for reviewing what was said around a successful (or failed) sale without hunting through the chat history.

When the original PPV message is unavailable

The PPV timeline can retain a confirmed send event after its original message is no longer available from the chat. In that case, the card says The message is no longer in the chat — unsent or hidden and offers Check again. If loading failed or timed out, the card instead says Could not load the message and offers Retry. These states keep a missing message separate from a temporary loading failure.

The information appears automatically while you work on these OnlyFans pages in AgencyKey:
  • The OnlyFans vault page for a creator
  • The OnlyFans chat with a fan
No setting needs to be turned on. The overlays live on the thumbnails themselves — you do not need to open a sidebar or detail view.
