AgencyKey enhances the native OnlyFans chat experience with additional tools for managing conversations, tracking fan information, and streamlining your workflow.
What you can do here
- View and filter all chat conversations
- Send messages with text, media, and paid content (PPV)
- Access detailed fan information in the Insights panel
- Add notes and track important details about each fan
- Translate messages automatically
- Use message templates (Scripts) for quick responses
- Schedule messages with delays or send when fan comes online
- Mark chats as “no reply needed” to manage your queue
Interface overview
The chat interface consists of three main areas:

AgencyKey enhancements
These features are added by AgencyKey on top of the standard OnlyFans interface:

| "No Reply Needed” | Mark chats that don’t require a response |
| Notifications | A dropdown to view notifications with clickable links to user profiles and chats |
| Open in New Tab | Cmd/Ctrl+Click to open chat in background tab |
Chat list indicators
Each chat in the list shows helpful information:
| Indicator | Meaning |
|---|
| Green dot | Fan is currently online |
| Blue badge | Number of unread messages |
| Muted icon | Notifications disabled for this chat |
| Media icon | Last message contains media |
| Megaphone icon | Message was sent via mass mailing |
| Star icon | Fan is a creator (has their own OnlyFans page) |
| List icons | Shows which custom lists include this fan |
Access
What you can see and do in chats depends on your permissions. Common permissions include:
- View chats — See the chat list and read messages
- Send messages — Write and send messages to fans
- View/Edit notes — See or modify fan notes
- Translate messages — Use the translation feature
- Block/Restrict users — Manage fan access
Your admin configures these permissions in the Roles section.
