Open a creator’s account details from the Accounts table to review its connection, access, and subscription information and edit the settings available to you. Available controls depend on separate role permissions. Seeing the creator does not automatically allow editing the name, note, proxy, sharing, or deletion.

Open account details

  1. Open Accounts.
  2. Click a non-interactive part of the creator’s row, or click the eye button in Actions.
  3. Review the details and change the editable fields.
  4. Click Save changes.
The table itself is now for viewing and selecting accounts. Name, proxy, sharing, note, and In Menu changes for one creator are made in the details window. Deleting the creator connection remains a separate trash action in the table. The details follow the table order and include the OnlyFans ID and username, model name, authorization and parsing status, subscription, proxy, sharing, direct and group access, note, In Menu in the desktop app, and date added.

Editing the model name

The model name is your internal identifier — it appears throughout AgencyKey but doesn’t affect the OnlyFans profile.

Why change it?

  • Use project codes or internal naming conventions
  • Identify accounts quickly in the sidebar
  • Keep your internal naming separate from public names
Enter a name from 1 to 15 characters in the Model field of the account details window.

Editing the internal note

Use the Note field for internal context about the creator. The note can contain up to 5,000 characters and is visible only to CRM users who can access that account and field. The creator card in the desktop workspace shows up to four lines as a preview; use Show more to read the whole note. Users with note-view access can read it even when they do not have the separate permission to edit it.

If the note changed elsewhere

AgencyKey does not silently overwrite a newer note saved from another window or editor. Your local draft stays available, saving is blocked, and you can Copy draft before reloading the latest value. Reloading, canceling, or closing a conflicting draft asks for confirmation before discarding it.

How to change

  1. Open the creator’s account details.
  2. In Proxy, choose your connection type:
    • Select Direct Connection to remove the per-creator Custom Proxy and return to the app-wide routing order
    • Select Use Proxy and pick from the dropdown
  3. Click Save changes.

Proxy status

When selecting a proxy, you’ll see its current status: The dropdown also shows how many accounts are using each proxy.

Sharing and sidebar access

The same window contains independent AI Recon Sharing and Platform Stats Sharing fields. Pick a model-specific level or reset the field to the agency default. See Data Sharing before changing the pool. In AgencyKey Desktop, In Menu controls whether the creator appears in the left menu for quick access. It changes only your local quick-access list and does not remove access to the creator.

Saving and closing

All edits in the window are saved with one Save changes button. A sharing change has its own confirmation so you can review the resulting level. If you close the window with unsaved changes, AgencyKey asks whether to discard them.

Who can edit

Fields without the required permission are read-only. In Menu is editable in the desktop app, while web users see no such field. Ask your admin to grant only the action and creator scope you need.
