When you need it
Use password recovery when you:- Forgot your current password
- Need to reset your password for security reasons
- Suspect unauthorized access to your account
Recovery process
Step 1: Access recovery page
On the login page, click the “Forgot password?” link located below the password field.Step 2: Request reset code
- Enter your registered email address
- Click “Send reset code”
- Complete the captcha verification
Step 3: Check your email
Check your inbox for an email containing the reset code. The code is time-limited, so use it promptly.Step 4: Set new password
- Enter the 8-digit reset code from your email
- Enter your new password
- Confirm your new password
- Click “Reset password”
- Minimum 8 characters
- At least one uppercase letter
- At least one lowercase letter
- At least one number
Step 5: Success
You’ll see a “Password reset successful” message. Click “Back to sign in” and log in with your new password.Troubleshooting
Didn’t receive the code?
- Check your spam/junk folder
- Wait a few minutes and request a new code
- Verify you entered the correct email address
Code not working?
- Codes expire after a limited time — request a new one
- Always use the most recent code received
