Scripts are available directly in the fan chat, giving you quick access to pre-written messages without switching pages.

Accessing Scripts in chat

The scripts feature is located below the message input field in the chat interface. Look for the scripts icon/button in the input panel.

Script selection modal

Clicking the scripts button opens a modal with your scripts list. The modal has two tabs: Scripts and Flows. On the Scripts tab you can:
  • Search by name — quickly find scripts by typing keywords
  • Filter by creator — automatically set to the current creator you are chatting as
  • Filter by tag — narrow down scripts using tag pills at the top of the list

Actions with Scripts

Insert

Click the Insert button to place the script text into the message input field. This allows you to:
  • Review the message before sending
  • Make edits or personalizations
  • Add media files as attachments if needed

Send

Click the Send button to immediately send the script as a message. The {name} placeholder will be automatically replaced with the fan’s name.

Manage

Click the Manage button to open the full scripts library. From there you can create new scripts or edit existing ones.

Creating a script from chat

You can create a new script directly from the chat modal:
  1. Click the Add Script button in the modal
  2. The current creator will be auto-selected
  3. Fill in the script details
  4. Save - the script becomes immediately available

Using Flows in chat

Switch to the Flows tab in the scripts modal to browse and search available flows. From here you can:
  • Select a flow — click a flow to start running it in the current conversation. A guided runner panel appears in the chat, walking you through each step in sequence.
  • Search — find flows by name using the search bar
  • Edit or delete — if you have the appropriate permissions, you can edit or delete flows directly from the modal
The flow runner panel stays visible in the chat until you complete all steps or close it manually. At each step, the linked script is presented for you to review, insert, or send.
Flows are especially useful for multi-step scenarios like sales funnels or onboarding sequences, where following a consistent order matters.

Tips

  • Use clear names for quick searching during conversations
