While you’re chatting with fans, you don’t need to leave the conversation to check your tasks. A checklist dropdown in the chat header shows what you need to do right now — including tasks tied to the specific fan you’re talking to.
Opening the checklist
Look at the top of the OnlyFans chat. You’ll see a checklist icon in the header toolbar.
- A red badge on the icon shows how many active tasks you have (capped at
99+)
- Click the icon to open the checklist popover

The popover is draggable. Grab its header with your mouse and move it anywhere on the screen if it blocks the conversation.
Three tabs
The popover has three tabs so you can focus on what matters in the moment:
| Tab | What you see |
|---|
| Assigned to me | Tasks where you are the assignee |
| Created by me | Tasks you created for others |
| Fan | Tasks linked to the fan you’re chatting with |
The Fan tab only appears when you’re inside a fan conversation. It instantly scopes the list to that fan — useful for picking up where you or a teammate left off.
Quick filters and sort
Inside each tab you can narrow the list further:
- Status — filter by Pending, In Progress, Completed, or Cancelled
- Priority — filter by Low, Medium, or High
- Sort — Newest first, Oldest first, Due date, or Priority
Adding a task quickly
At the bottom of the popover there’s a Quick add input. Type a task title and press Enter to create the task in one step.
- The task is created for you (you become the assignee by default)
- If you’re inside a fan chat and the Fan tab is open, the task is linked to that fan automatically
Use quick add for small reminders you capture on the fly. When you need more details, open the full Tasks page and create the task with description, due date, and assignee.
Opening a task
Click any task in the list to open its detail view inside the popover. From there you can:
- Change the status (with the same rules — Cancelled is final)
- See the priority, assignee, author, linked fan, and due date
- Read and post comments
Overdue tasks show their due date in red so you spot them first.
Live updates
Everything in the checklist stays in sync. When a teammate updates a task or posts a comment, you see it immediately — no refresh needed. The red badge updates with every change too.
Fan badge counter
When you open a fan’s chat, AgencyKey shows you how many active tasks exist for that fan. This lets you pick the right priority before you start typing.
Access
The chat checklist is available for any team member with the Tasks — View permission. Creating tasks from quick add requires the Tasks — Create permission. Status and priority changes inside the popover require the Tasks — Edit permission.
