Keyboard shortcuts are configured in the AgencyKey desktop app. Open Settings → Keyboard Shortcuts to see the bindings currently active on your computer. The Back, Forward, and Reload tooltips in the desktop header use those saved bindings too. If an action is unbound, its tooltip shows only the action name.

Change a shortcut

  1. Click the binding you want to change.
  2. Press the new key combination. If another action already uses it, AgencyKey asks whether to reassign it.
  3. Repeat for any other actions, then click Save.
Edits remain pending until you click Save. Use Discard to abandon the current edits, the reset icon beside an action to restore its default, or Reset All to restore every default. Fixed system shortcuts are shown for reference but cannot be edited.
Shortcut changes are saved for the desktop application and apply across its account windows. They are not CRM account preferences that follow you to another computer.

Desktop navigation behavior

  • Next/Previous tab cycles through the current CRM or model workspace. Reopen tab restores the most recently closed tab in that same workspace; AgencyKey keeps up to 10 closed tabs for the current app session.
  • Previous space returns to the whole CRM or the model you just left and restores that space’s last active tab. Press it again to toggle back. This is separate from page Back/Forward history.
  • Right-click the header’s Back or Forward arrow to choose from up to 15 nearby pages in the active CRM or OnlyFans tab.
  • On Windows and Linux, mouse side buttons follow the history of the visible page. On macOS, the page-back/page-forward trackpad gesture does the same. If the AI Assistant has focus, the gesture applies to its page instead of a hidden tab.

Chat

If a shortcut does nothing, make sure the correct AgencyKey window and context are active. Chat shortcuts work while you are in a chat; navigation shortcuts act on the current creator or account window.
