AI Recon was previously called Fan Intelligence. The feature is the same, only the name changed — and the output is now structured as a sales playbook.
What you can do here
- Read a sectioned profile of the fan built from every chat they’ve had across the agency
- See what messaging sequences have actually led to purchases with this fan
- Spot rejected approaches so you don’t repeat them
- Find verbatim buying-intent phrases the fan uses right before paying
- Share one briefing across the whole team — generate once, everyone sees it
How it works
AI Recon analyzes chat history for this fan across every creator in the agency they’ve messaged. The result is cached and shared — when any teammate generates a briefing for a fan, everyone with access sees the same result.Opening the tab
- Open a chat with the fan.
- In the Chat Context panel on the right, click the AI Recon tab.
- If a briefing already exists, it loads instantly. Otherwise, click Generate AI Recon.
What’s in a briefing
Each briefing is organized into the following sections:| Section | What it covers |
|---|---|
| Personal Info | Name, age, location and timezone, occupation, family details the fan has shared. |
| Psychological Profile | Emotional drivers, attachment style, and notable life events (loss, breakup, stress, etc.). |
| Communication Style | Tone the fan responds to, buyer type (silent / warm / talker), and typical number of messages before a purchase. |
| What Worked | Concrete message sequences and tactics that led to past purchases. |
| What Didn’t Work | Approaches the fan rejected or ignored. |
| Buying Intent Signals | Verbatim quotes the fan writes just before buying — ready-to-recognize triggers. |
Output format
Briefings are rendered as formatted markdown with headings, bold text, bullet lists, and clickable links. Sections the AI can’t fill in with confidence are left out rather than padded with filler.Language and translation
Briefings are always generated in English. To read one in your language, enable the Translate toggle in the chat header — the briefing is translated automatically and updates when you change the target language.Regenerate
If the fan has had many new conversations since the last briefing, or if you want a fresh angle, click Regenerate at the top of the tab. The existing result is replaced for everyone on the team.Sometimes you’ll see a notice telling you the briefing is based on an older prompt version and needs regenerating. Click Regenerate to get an up-to-date version that uses the latest analysis template.
Eligibility
AI Recon needs enough chat history to produce a useful briefing. If the fan has too few messages across the agency, you’ll see a message that there’s not enough data yet for cross-creator analysis. Keep chatting — the data builds up automatically.Permissions

Tips
- Read the briefing before sending your first message of the shift — it’s a 30-second shortcut to context your colleague already learned the hard way.
- Copy the most useful Buying Intent Signals into your notes so they’re visible at a glance in the chat header.
- If the briefing looks thin, generate Chat Summary first — it covers the active conversation while AI Recon covers the whole history.
