Panel tabs
The panel can be collapsed to free space for the conversation. Insights sections can be collapsed and reordered. Drag the lower edge of Notes, Chat Summary, or AI Recon to change that block’s maximum height. Sections and controls that your role cannot access are hidden.
Creator tab
The Creator tab shows the account-level Creator note. It is shared across every fan chat for the selected model, so use it for model-wide instructions and context rather than fan-specific details. Line breaks are preserved. This note is separate from Notes in Insights: fan Notes belong to the current model/fan pair, while the Creator note belongs to the model account. Depending on your access, the tab can show the note read-only or an edit pencil. Editing uses the same model-note editor as the creator menu, and a successful save updates both locations. The tab distinguishes loading, an empty note, an unavailable note, and an error. Use Retry after a failed load. If the note is unavailable, verify that you can open the chat or access the model in CRM → Accounts; editing still requires the model-note edit permission.Fan profile
The profile area can show:- subscription state and renewal/expiration information;
- fan name or custom nickname;
- country, state/region, and location;
- local time calculated from available location data;
- last online time;
- birthday;
- traffic source.
Traffic source
Traffic source records where the fan came from. Choose an available source or, when your role permits, create a custom source for a campaign. Do not infer a source from conversation style alone. Leave it unknown when the fan or campaign data does not provide one.Subscription
The subscription badge can show:
Dates and duration come from the current model’s OnlyFans data and may update after the next refresh.
Chat Stats
Chat Stats are lifetime values for this fan with the current model.
PPV Paid Rate uses personal paid offers sent in this fan’s chat. Mass-message campaign offers are excluded from its denominator.
A missing or zero-looking value is not always proof that the fan never paid. Data may still be syncing, unavailable for that metric, or outside the source used by the panel.
Agency Fan History
When your role can view it, Agency Fan History appears after Chat Stats and shows other accessible models where AgencyKey matched the same fan. The summary shows how many other models were found and the known total spent across them. Each model row includes its model-specific spent amount and a Messaged date. This date is the latest incoming message that the fan sent to that model; purchases, tips, PPV, and outgoing messages do not move it. If that incoming-message date is unavailable, the row shows Date unknown.- Use Go to chat to open that model and fan in a new active tab when you currently have Messages access for the model.
- Use Show fan data to load the name and/or note saved for that model when your role has the separate metadata permissions.
- Loading, empty, and failed states are distinct. Retry reloads only the history or fan details that failed.
Agency and Global Stats
When permitted, the panel can also show source-deidentified aggregate signals contributed by other participating models:- Max Spent;
- Avg. PPV Price and Max. PPV Price;
- PPV Paid Rate across models;
- Peak Buying;
- Favorite Content and Favorite Topics;
- Preferred Tone.
New agencies default to Entire CRM, but the agency default or a model override may change it. Participation is reciprocal and the source model/agency is not identified. See Data Sharing.
Chat Stats and shared statistics answer different questions. Chat Stats are about the selected model; Stats by agency or Global Stats use only the source-deidentified pool allowed by the selected model’s sharing level. The source model and agency are hidden, but the result remains tied to the fan in the current chat.
Non-paying signal
When enough shared purchase/activity data is available, AgencyKey may show Non-paying instead of a cross-model maximum. The chat filter is named Hide non-paying. This is a prioritization signal based on available cross-model behavior, not a fact about the fan’s finances or a promise about future purchases. It can be absent when shared statistics are disabled or insufficient.Lists and Smart Lists
The panel can show the custom lists and Smart Lists associated with the fan.- Use Add to list to add the fan to a regular list.
- Remove a regular-list chip when the fan no longer belongs there.
- Smart List membership is calculated from that list’s rules; change the rules in Smart List settings instead of treating the badge as a manual tag.
Notes
Notes store team context that the fan does not see.- Maximum length: 5,000 characters
- Changes save when you leave the field
- If saving fails, the current text stays in the editor and AgencyKey shows Failed to save the note. with a Retry action
Chargeback warning
A Frequent chargebacks banner can appear when recorded payment disputes are significant enough to trigger the warning. Treat it as a prompt to review the fan’s payment history and follow your agency’s risk policy. The banner does not replace checking the current transaction or OnlyFans status.PPV tab
The PPV tab is a newest-first sales timeline for the active model and fan. It combines:- personal PPV messages;
- tips, shown in violet;
- personal outgoing free-media messages, labeled Free.
Loading and available PPV history
The tab distinguishes initial loading, an empty history, an initial failure, refresh failure, later-page failure, and an unavailable media preview. Use the visible Retry action for the failed layer; existing timeline data remains visible when a refresh or later page fails.- If an individual event cannot load its preview, the event remains in place with its own retry.
- Older events load as you scroll; use Retry if the next page fails.
Permissions
Typical controls are separated into permissions for:
If a section is missing, check both your role and the selected model’s sharing/access settings.
Troubleshooting
- Shared values are masked or the section is missing — Don’t share masks the values; missing View platform stats access hides the section; an enabled scope may still have no eligible shared data.
- A value differs from another model — Creator-specific totals and sharing scopes are intentionally isolated.
- Agency Fan History is missing or has no chat button — Check the history permission, model scope, and current Messages access. Name/note access is separate from opening the chat.
- The Creator note is unavailable — Retry the load, then check chat or Accounts access for the selected model. The edit pencil additionally requires model-note edit access.
- A note shows a save error — Leave the current text in the editor, check your connection and permission, then click Retry. Do not reload or close the creator workspace until the error clears.
- A timeline event has no preview — Use that event’s Retry. Do not resend the original message merely because its preview could not load.
- A PPV is not in the chat — If it was scheduled but not sent yet, check the OnlyFans Scheduled Messages queue.
