Number of messages
Description
Fans grouped by total reply count. This segment helps identify engagement levels based on how many times a fan has responded to your messages.Settings

| Reply Range | From X to Y replies (use “No Limit” for unlimited) |
| Include expired | Include fans with expired subscriptions |
Example segments
- 0-5 replies: “Beginners” - New to conversations
- 6-20 replies: “Active” - Regularly engaged fans
- 21+ replies: “VIP” - Highly engaged superfans
Spending segments
Description
Fans grouped by total spending amount. Categorize subscribers based on how much they’ve spent on tips, PPV, and other purchases.Settings

Description
Fans who haven’t replied for a selected number of days. Use this segment to identify and re-engage inactive subscribers.Settings

Creating segments
To create a new segment:- Navigate to Fan Lists in the sidebar
- Click Add Segment
- Select the segment type
- Configure the parameters
- Save your segment
