Overview

Sensitive Words is a send-time guard for text typed in the connected OnlyFans chat composer. It can stop a matching outgoing message before it is sent. AgencyKey includes a default list that you can customize. Open Automation → Sensitive Words in the desktop app to review the current rules and protection status.
This is not an agency-wide moderation or compliance scanner. It does not review chat history or guarantee coverage of attachments, Vault metadata, posts, captions, scripts, mass messages, automations, or any other sending surface. Review the final content wherever you send it.

Enabling protection

Use the Protection status toggle to enable or disable word filtering:
  • Enabled — matching text in the protected OnlyFans chat composer is blocked before sending
  • Disabled — no filtering is applied

Managing your word list

The Restricted words section displays all blocked words, one per line. Available actions:
  • Edit the text field directly to add or remove words
  • Click Apply changes to save your modifications
  • Click Restore default list to reset to the original word list
A counter shows how many non-empty entries are currently in your list. Restore default list replaces your custom list, so copy any entries you need before restoring it.

Searching words

Use the Search words… field to test text against the current rules:
  • A match shows which configured rule caught the text
  • No match means the test text did not trigger the current rules

Matching behavior

  • Matching is case-insensitive.
  • An entry without * is treated as the configured word or phrase, rather than every longer word that merely contains it.
  • For predictable coverage, add spelling, spacing, and language variants as separate lines.
  • Do not rely on * as a precise prefix or suffix operator. A rule containing * can match much broader text than expected; test it carefully before applying changes.

What happens when triggered

When a restricted word is detected:
  1. The message is blocked and not sent
  2. A notification appears explaining the block
  3. You must remove the restricted word to send the message
The guard reduces accidental sends, but the sender remains responsible for reviewing the message and following OnlyFans policy.
