Model summary
The opening table compares accessible models. Its initial Summary period is the last 14 calendar days, including today, in your selected AgencyKey time zone. The chosen range is remembered. Search with Search creator…, then select a model to open its Rules and journals with that period. All models returns to the summary.
Violations and Deletions need their separate journal permissions and model scope. An unavailable value is —, not zero; a column can disappear when no numeric values on the current page are accessible. Turning protection off preserves rules and old events, so historical counters can remain visible but dimmed.
Configure rules
The Rules tab contains built-in safety topics such as messenger redirects, external payments, ban risk, meetings, self-promotion, and model persona. You can also create custom topics for a model. For each topic you can:- use the supplied words and disable individual entries that do not fit the model;
- add the model’s own words or phrases;
- choose Block & explain, Block silently, or Log only as the saved action;
- enable contact detection for phone numbers, usernames, links, email addresses, and supported wallet formats where offered;
- add exceptions under Don’t treat as a violation.
Chat Guard matches saved words, common disguised spellings, and the contact formats shown in the topic editor. Meaning-based AI matching is not active in this version.
Check a message
Select Check a message, paste sample text, and run the check. The result shows which saved rules would block or log that text. The tester does not send the message and does not change a chat. A clean result means only that the current saved matcher did not trigger. It is not a compliance guarantee, and it does not check media, Vault metadata, posts, scripts, or automations. The tester checks only the text you paste; it does not launch or inspect a saved campaign.Mass Message checks
When you launch a Mass Message campaign, Chat Guard checks the saved text in each Collection before any messages are queued:- Block & explain or Block silently stops the launch and records the violation.
- Log only records the violation and lets the campaign start.
Copy rules to other models
Select Copy rules… to choose a source model and one or more target models. The default action copies the complete configuration and replaces the selected parts on the targets. Expand the options if you need to choose individual topics or merge them instead. Review each target after copying. If the result is reported as unknown, check the target models before retrying because the first copy may already have completed.Violations and deletions
Users with journal access can open the Violations and Deletions tabs for the selected model. These views may contain available recorded events and let you filter or inspect their details. When deletion data is available, the table and details window preserve readable message formatting, show the fan name, and expose the fan ID from the name tooltip. For a deletion made outside AgencyKey, the chatter column may show the person who was on shift or the original message author. The caption and tooltip identify that relationship; they do not claim that this person deleted the message. Hover over available deleted text to read the full message and, when your role has chat or typing translation access, a translation into the interface language. Some older or incomplete records may still lack the original text, attribution, or fan ID. A violation recorded during a campaign launch shows the campaign name and recipient count instead of a fan. Use Open campaign to review it when the campaign still exists and your role can view Mass Messages.Access
Chat Guard uses separate role permissions under Chat Protection:- Section View — open the section and see Rules for models in the allowed scope;
- Configure protection — change Rules for those models;
- View violations — open the Violations journal;
- View deleted messages — open the Deletions journal.
