Shared Links let you send a public URL to an advertiser, partner or investor so they can see the performance of the campaigns they care about — without giving them an AgencyKey account.
All Shared Links are read-only and limited to the columns and campaigns you choose.
When to use a Shared Link
- Reporting ad performance to an external advertiser
- Showing campaign ROI to a partner without exposing internal data
- Giving a client a live, always-up-to-date dashboard instead of manual reports
1. Open the share dialog
On the Tracking Links page, switch to the Shared tab and click Create shared link.

The dialog has four sections.
| Field | Required | Notes |
|---|
| Link name | Yes | Internal label so you know what this share is for |
| Campaigns | Yes | Pick one or several campaigns — only these will be visible on the public page |
| Visible columns | Yes | Choose which columns the advertiser should see (Clicks, Revenue, ROI, …) |
| Expiration date | No | Optional. When the date is reached, the public URL stops working |
You can share only the columns the advertiser paid for. Hide internal fields like Promo Cost if the advertiser does not need to see your margins.
3. Save and copy the URL
Click Create. The dialog closes, the share appears in the Shared tab, and the public URL is copied to your clipboard. You can copy it again any time from the row’s action menu.
Managing Shared Links
In the Shared tab you will see a list of your shares.
| Column | Meaning |
|---|
| Name | The internal label you gave the share |
| Campaigns | How many campaigns are included |
| Created | When the share was created |
| Expires | Optional expiration date |
| Action | Copy URL, Edit, Delete |
Available actions:
- Copy URL — copy the public link to the clipboard.
- Edit — change the name, campaigns, columns, or expiration date.
- Delete — remove the share. The public URL stops working immediately.
Deleting a Shared Link cannot be undone. Anyone who had the public URL will see a “link not found” page from that moment on.
What the advertiser sees
The advertiser opens the URL in a browser — no login required — and sees a clean dashboard with:
- Only the campaigns you selected
- Only the columns you selected
- Live data that updates as new subscriptions and revenue come in
- No access to your other campaigns, creators, or internal data
Shared Link dashboards use a rolling attribution model and report net earnings by default. This keeps the numbers consistent with what the advertiser sees in other industry tools.
Common issues
| Issue | What to check |
|---|
| Advertiser sees “link not found” | The share was deleted, expired, or the URL was copied incomplete |
| New campaigns are missing on the advertiser’s page | Shared Links only include campaigns that were explicitly selected — edit the share to add them |
| A metric is not visible | That column was not included in the Visible columns selection |
