AgencyKey allows you to be logged into multiple CRM accounts simultaneously and quickly switch between them. This feature is available exclusively in the desktop application.
Click on your avatar in the top-right corner to open the profile menu. The menu displays:
- Your avatar — Profile picture or initials
- Username — Your display name
- Email — Your account email
- Sign Out — Log out of the current account
Editing your profile
You can change your own username and avatar at any time. Navigate to Account → Profile to open the editor.

Username rules
- 3 to 30 characters
- Lowercase letters, digits and underscores only
- Must be unique — if it’s already taken, you’ll see a clear toast and can pick another
Your username appears in the profile menu, across the CRM, and in notifications to other team members. Updating it takes effect immediately.
Multiple accounts (desktop only)
In the Electron desktop app, you can add multiple CRM accounts and switch between them without logging out.
Adding a new account
- Click on your avatar in the top-right corner
- Click Add Account at the bottom of the menu
- Log in with your credentials in the new window
- The new account will appear in your account list
Switching accounts
When you have multiple accounts, the profile menu shows all your logged-in accounts:
- The current account is highlighted with a checkmark
- Click on any other account to switch to it
- Each account opens in a separate window with its own session
Keyboard shortcuts
Use keyboard shortcuts for quick account switching:

Shortcuts work for the first 9 accounts in your list.
Isolated sessions
Each CRM account maintains a completely separate session:
- Accounts don’t share cookies or authentication data
- Each account has its own browser partition
- Actions in one account don’t affect others
- You can work with different teams or agencies simultaneously
This isolation ensures security and prevents accidental cross-account actions.
Account switcher on login page
When you have multiple accounts in the desktop app, the login page displays your account list in the top-right corner. You can click on any account to open its window directly, without going through the profile menu first.
Window restoration on restart
The desktop app remembers which account windows were open when you quit. On the next launch, it automatically reopens only those account windows, restoring your previous workspace.
Signing out
To sign out from the current account:
- Click on your avatar in the top-right corner
- Click Sign Out
- You will be redirected to the login page
In the desktop app with multiple accounts, signing out only affects the current account window. Other account windows remain active.
