Use this path if you coordinate daily agency work. Your exact pages and actions depend on the permissions set by the Owner or administrator.

Before you start

  • Have your personal invitation link or 6-digit invite code.
  • Know which employees, groups, and creator accounts you are responsible for.
  • Ask who is allowed to reconnect creators, change team access, and edit reporting rules.

First-day checklist

1. Join the agency and protect your login

Choose Join a team during Registration, use the email attached to your invitation, and confirm your time zone. Then enable 2FA and save your recovery codes with CRM Account Security.

2. Confirm your working scope

Open the Dashboard to check your group and roles. Then use the Sidebar to confirm that the expected creators and sections are visible. If something is missing, note the creator, employee, or action you need and ask the Owner or administrator to review account access and your assignments.

3. Check creator connection health

Open Accounts and look for disconnected or incomplete connections. If you are responsible for restoring them and have permission, follow Reauthorization in the desktop app. Otherwise, report the affected creator to the person who manages connections.

4. Review people, assignments, and coverage

Open Team Members and check each person’s group, role, and creator assignments. Use Assignments when changes are needed. Then review the Shift Calendar for uncovered hours or incorrect assignments.

5. Confirm how results will be read

Before comparing employees, ask the Owner which Sales Settings are active. Then open Employee Analytics and Creator Analytics with the correct date range and time zone.

6. Set up your daily workspace

Choose your language, time zone, and display settings in Preferences. Configure Notifications so important chat events are noticeable during your shift.

You are ready when

  • The correct creators and team sections are visible.
  • You know who handles disconnected accounts and access changes.
  • Employee assignments and upcoming coverage match the operating plan.
  • You know which attribution rules and time zone to use when reading reports.
A hidden page usually means your role does not include it. This is an access question for the Owner or administrator, not a reason to use someone else’s account.
