AgencyKey reviews refunds manually. This page explains the practical process; the current public terms are in the AgencyKey Refund Policy.
AgencyKey is offered to agencies and creators for professional or commercial use. This policy covers AgencyKey charges, not fan payments, refunds, or chargebacks on OnlyFans.

Eligible subscription charges

AgencyKey provides a full refund of the affected charge when:
  • the same AgencyKey charge was made more than once;
  • the amount or creator pricing tier was incorrect;
  • renewal was charged after it had been cancelled before the renewal date; or
  • confirmed AgencyKey-caused unavailability of core functionality was not restored within three business days.
If only part of a charge was incorrect, AgencyKey refunds the incorrect difference and leaves the valid part in place.

Accidental renewal

An accidental creator subscription renewal is eligible for a full refund when both conditions are met:
  1. You send a complete request within 48 hours after renewal.
  2. There was no paid use for that creator after the charge.
A full refund ends the refunded paid period immediately.

Service unavailability

For confirmed continuous AgencyKey-caused unavailability, compensation is 1/30 of the affected creator’s latest 30-day subscription charge for every complete 24 hours of unavailability. If core functionality is not restored within three business days, you may request a full refund of the latest affected creator subscription charge. Submit an unavailability claim within 14 days after the incident. Partial downtime compensation does not shorten the paid period. A full subscription refund ends that paid period immediately.

Return unused paid balance

You can request the return of unused paid agency balance after all outstanding subscription charges and other amounts owed to AgencyKey are settled.
  • Promotional credits, bonuses, and trial value are not cash-refundable.
  • For the refund calculation, promotional credits are treated as used before paid funds.
  • The refundable remainder is calculated in USD.
  • An external return goes to the original payment method where available. A crypto return goes to a verified address on the same network.
  • Only actual payment-provider, conversion, or network fees are deducted. AgencyKey does not add a separate refund fee.

How an approved refund is delivered

An approved amount is first credited to your AgencyKey balance. You can use it for other creator subscriptions or request an external return. Removing a duplicate, correcting a price difference, or granting partial downtime compensation does not end access. A full refund for an accidental renewal or affected subscription period ends that paid period immediately.

Send a request

Contact AgencyKey through one of these channels: Include:
  • the AgencyKey agency email;
  • the affected creator, charge date, amount, and time zone;
  • the reason for the request; and
  • for a crypto top-up, the asset, network, and public transaction hash.
Never send a wallet recovery phrase, private key, password, verification code, or session credentials. Support does not need them to review a refund.
AgencyKey reviews a complete request and responds within five business days. After an external return is approved and the destination is verified, AgencyKey processes it within ten business days. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays in Romania. Banks, payment providers, and blockchain networks may take additional delivery time.

Payment disputes and chargebacks

While a payment dispute is open, AgencyKey may temporarily restrict outgoing paid operations corresponding to the disputed amount. If the disputed balance was already used, the amount may be recorded as outstanding. Affected access is restored after the dispute is resolved and any confirmed outstanding amount is settled. A chargeback alone does not cause an automatic lifetime ban. The AgencyKey subscription price shown before a charge is the final AgencyKey product price. Applicable taxes and third-party payment, conversion, or network fees are separate where relevant. Mandatory rights under applicable law remain unaffected.
