Notifications

Open Settings → Notifications to control what appears, what you hear, what can reach Telegram, and which unread categories contribute to attention counters. Pop-up, sound, Telegram, and Account-scope changes save automatically to your AgencyKey account. Counter choices belong to the current AgencyKey Desktop workspace and update across its windows.

Event groups

Settings are grouped into AgencyKey events, Messages & revenue, Social activity, Other notifications, and — when Telegram delivery is available — Tasks. The event tables use the following columns where they apply: Pop-ups and sounds are independent. For example, you can keep a silent PPV card, or play a message sound without showing a message card. The shared controls above the groups set the pop-up position, auto-hide delay, one notification volume for all sounds, and the linked Telegram recipient. In narrow web windows a table can scroll horizontally; on phone-size screens every event becomes a compact card.

Initial OnlyFans event settings

Auto-hide starts enabled for each OnlyFans event, and the shared notification volume starts at Medium. Social activity is grouped separately and stays off until you enable its pop-up or sound. Subscriber and renewal events may arrive later than the activity on OnlyFans.

Telegram notifications

Open the Telegram notifications control above the event groups. Select a linked account, or use Connect Telegram and then Refresh connection. Supported event rows gain a Telegram switch. Selected events can arrive even while AgencyKey is closed. Telegram delivery is available for AgencyKey events, tips, paid messages and posts, and these four task events: All four task switches start off. Your own task actions are not sent back to you. The Telegram button opens the referenced task in AgencyKey; if sign-in or email verification is required, AgencyKey returns to that task afterward. You still need access to the task and Tasks section. Social activity and ordinary fan-message rows do not have Telegram delivery. If a linked recipient becomes unavailable, reconnect Telegram before enabling more events.

Pop-up position and timing

When at least one pop-up is enabled, choose a shared Notification position: top left, top center, top right, bottom left, bottom center, or bottom right. The preview moves as you choose. If Auto-hide is enabled for any event, set Hide automatically after from 1 to 60 seconds. The timer pauses while the card is hovered or focused, so it does not disappear while you use it. Other in-app notifications use the same position. Message, tip, purchase, and subscription cards can offer Open chat, New tab, Pin chat, and Notification Settings when the related action is available. Comment and like cards can open the original post when OnlyFans supplies its link and your role has access. Tags and mentions open the OnlyFans notification list; a comment or like falls back to its matching list when the post is unavailable. New-message pop-ups are not shown for your own outgoing messages or for the chat you are already viewing.

Duplicate OnlyFans pop-ups

Inside the embedded OnlyFans workspace, AgencyKey hides the matching OnlyFans pop-up after showing its own notification, so a subscription, renewal, message, tip, purchase, like, comment, or mention does not appear twice. Your configured AgencyKey card and sound still apply. OnlyFans errors, confirmations, warnings, and unfamiliar notification types stay visible.

Sound behavior

• Choosing a sound previews it at the shared notification volume. Use the gear beside Sound to set Low, Medium, or High for every notification sound and preview.
• The active chat stays quiet because you can already see its new message.
• Muting a fan chat suppresses that fan’s message and social-activity pop-ups and sounds.
• Tips, PPV unlocks, and subscription events still use their configured pop-ups and sounds for a muted fan. Sale cards and purchase badges also remain visible.

Account scope

All listens to every Account opened in the current AgencyKey workspace. Current limits that event to the Account you are viewing. The scope applies separately to each OnlyFans event, so tips can cover all open Accounts while fan messages or comments stay limited to the current one. Social alerts are delivered only for Accounts where your role can view OnlyFans notifications. Opening the original post also requires access to My Profile for that Account; when it is unavailable, AgencyKey keeps the useful action and opens the related notification list instead. If the fan’s mute status is not already loaded, AgencyKey also needs Messages access to verify it. Without that access, the social alert stays hidden rather than reading a chat your role cannot open.

Notification counter categories

AgencyKey Desktop lets you decide which unread OnlyFans categories contribute to the number on the notification bell and beside models in the creator menu. All nine categories are included initially: subscriptions, purchases, tips, tags, comments, mentions, likes, messages, and deactivated media. You can change the same workspace-wide selection in three places:

• Use the Counter switches in Settings → Notifications.
• Open an Account’s notification bell, then Notification categories. The switches control the counter; dragging changes the category-tab order separately.
• Open the chat-list display settings and select Notification counter.

Tags and mentions have separate counter switches even though their pop-up and sound settings share one event row. Deactivated media has a counter switch but no pop-up or sound controls. Turning a category off changes only the numeric counters. Its tab remains available, its unread items stay unread, and its pop-up and sound settings continue to work. The counter controls are available in AgencyKey Desktop, not in the standalone browser version.

macOS Dock badge

AgencyKey Desktop for macOS shows how many loaded creator accounts need attention in the Dock. A creator counts once when it has unread fan messages, unread OnlyFans notifications, or both.

• The count is combined across all open AgencyKey account windows and deduplicated by creator.
• Sidebar search and group filters do not change the Dock count.
• Creators that are not loaded, have lost their session, or are in an error state are not counted.
• Notification-only attention is counted only when your role can view that creator’s OnlyFans notifications.
• OnlyFans notifications contribute through the selected counter categories; unread fan messages remain a separate attention signal.
• When an app update is ready, the Update badge takes priority over the number until the update state is cleared.

The Dock badge is a quick attention count, not a total of unread messages. Open the creator to see the individual unread counters.

If an alert is missing

1. Confirm the Account is open and included by All or Current.
2. Check that the event’s pop-up or sound is enabled.
3. For sound, choose a signal and check the shared volume beside the Sound heading, then interact with the page once if automatic playback was blocked.
4. For a missing message or social alert, check whether the fan chat is muted or already open. Muting does not suppress tips, PPV unlocks, or subscriptions.
5. Check the computer’s mute setting, output device, and app volume.
6. Reload the workspace if another window has not picked up a recent change.

If a notification number is lower than expected, confirm that its category is enabled in Counter. For a missing macOS Dock count, also confirm that the creator is loaded and connected and that your role can view the relevant messages or notifications.
