Every campaign in the table has a detail page — click the Details action in the row menu or a clickable funnel cell ($1+, $500+) to open it.
The detail page has two sections: a timeline chart at the top and a per-fan table below.
Timeline chart
The chart plots fan acquisition for this campaign over its entire lifetime.
[Screenshot: Timeline chart with cumulative and new fans]
It supports two series:
- Total — the cumulative number of fans acquired through this campaign up to each date.
- New — how many fans were acquired on each day, week or month.
Controls
| Control | Options | Purpose |
|---|
| Grouping | Day / Week / Month | Choose the time bucket — daily is great for short bursts, monthly smooths long campaigns |
| Chart type | Area / Column | Area reads well for cumulative growth, columns are clearer for period-over-period deltas |
| Legend | Toggle Total / New | Turn each series on or off independently |
| Export PNG | — | Download the chart as an image for a report |
| Export CSV | — | Download the raw data behind the chart |
The New series is the one to watch after launching a new ad burst — sudden spikes show that the creative is working.
Claimed fans table
Below the chart you will see the list of fans the campaign has acquired, with all of their spending attributed to this campaign.
Tabs
Each tab is a different slice of the same list. The number next to each tab shows the count.
| Tab | Shows |
|---|
| All | Every fan acquired via the campaign |
| PPV | Fans who bought at least one PPV |
| Tips | Fans who sent at least one tip |
| Refunds | Fans who requested a refund |
Columns
| Column | Meaning |
|---|
| Fan name | Display name — click it to open the chat with this fan |
| Subscribed | Date the fan subscribed via the tracking link |
| Days | Days since subscription |
| PPV | Total spent on PPV since acquisition |
| Tips | Total tips sent |
| Refunds | Total refunded |
| Total | Lifetime spend |
A total row at the bottom of the table sums each column so you get an instant view of the campaign’s per-fan economics.
Hide $0 fans
The Hide $0 toggle on the All tab removes fans who have not spent anything yet. Use it when you only want to focus on monetised fans.

Filters and export
- Date filter — narrow the list to a specific period.
- Search — find a fan by name.
- Export CSV — download the filtered table.
- Last update — a label in the toolbar shows when fan spending was last synchronised from OnlyFans.
Opening the chat with a fan requires the “View chats” permission. Without it, the fan name is visible but not clickable.
