Feature2026.9.18

Prepare Chat Guard rules in one workspace

Configure and test message-safety rules for each Account from the new Chat Guard section, with separate access for rule management and journals.
  • Rules for each Account
  • Built-in and custom topics
  • Custom words and exceptions
  • Draft message tester
  • Copy rules between Accounts

How it works

  1. Open Growth → Chat Guard and select an Account.
  2. Enable Chat Guard, review the prepared topics, and add your own words, exceptions, or custom topics.
  3. Use Check a message to see which saved rules match a draft before you copy the setup to other accessible Accounts.

Key details

  • Organize rules by risk — prepared topics cover off-platform contact, outside payments, ban risks, meetups, self-promotion, and persona details; custom topics let you add agency-specific concerns
  • Tune each Account separately — enable or disable individual topics and prepared words without changing the setup of another Account
  • Recognize disguised contact details — the available checks can catch spaced or altered spellings, phone numbers, handles, links, and email addresses
  • Test without sending — the tester highlights matching fragments and shows the topic and selected action for the saved setup
  • Reuse a reviewed setup — copy rules only to Accounts covered by your access, while keeping each destination’s own saved state visible
  • Understand the current boundary — this release lets you save setups and check draft messages; the new workspace does not yet apply those rules to live outgoing messages or create new violation entries automatically
Feature2026.9.18

Receive task activity in Telegram

Choose which task changes should reach your connected Telegram account and open the exact task from the notification.
  • New assignments
  • New comments
  • Task completion
  • Return to work
  • Direct task links

How it works

  1. Open Settings → Notifications and connect your Telegram account if needed.
  2. In Tasks, enable any combination of Assignments, Comments, Completion, and Reopening.
  3. Open a Telegram notification to continue in the matching AgencyKey task.

Key details

  • Opt in to each event — all four task switches start off and can be enabled independently
  • Receive relevant updates — notifications go to the task’s author or current assignee as appropriate; the person who performed the action does not receive their own update
  • Open the source task — the Telegram action returns to the exact task and preserves that destination when you need to sign in first
  • Keep one Telegram connection — task, revenue, and other AgencyKey notifications use the same connected Telegram account
  • Find settings faster — notification controls are grouped into AgencyKey, messages and revenue, social activity, tasks, and other Desktop notifications
  • Keep access independent — task notifications follow Task access and do not require access to chats
Feature2026.9.18

Share the Smart Lists your team uses

Pin AgencyKey Smart Lists once for an Account so everyone sees the same chat tabs, and build audiences from fans whose subscriptions have expired.
  • Team-wide Smart List pins
  • Separate pin-management access
  • Same tabs in open windows
  • Expired subscription status
  • Optional expiry range

How it works

  1. In an Account’s chat list, open the list menu and pin the Smart Lists the team should keep as tabs.
  2. In Smart Lists, add Subscription, select Expired, and optionally set how many days ago the subscription ended.
  3. Clear Active when the audience should contain only expired subscribers, then preview and save the list.

Key details

  • Keep one shared tab set — pinning or unpinning an AgencyKey Smart List updates the Account for other employees and open AgencyKey windows
  • Separate use from management — employees can use shared tabs without access to change the pinned set
  • Start the shared set deliberately — personal pins from earlier versions are not copied automatically, so the new shared set begins empty until someone configures it
  • Keep OnlyFans Lists separate — OnlyFans Lists keep their existing pin behavior; team-wide sharing applies to AgencyKey Smart Lists
  • Target former subscribersExpired can be used on its own or together with Active, with an optional from/to range in days since expiry
  • Keep existing list behavior — preview, create, reopen, edit, and remove the expiry condition through the same Smart List builder
Improvement2026.9.18

Keep Claude beside your work

AgencyKey Desktop gives the existing Claude assistant a flexible workspace that can stay available while you move through CRM and Account pages.
  • Floating AI launcher
  • Full-page workspace
  • Side, half-screen, or floating panel
  • Preserved Claude conversation
  • Back, forward, and refresh controls

Improved

  • Open Claude from anywhere — the floating AI button opens or hides the most recently used assistant view without replacing your current work
  • Choose the space you need — switch between Full page, Side panel, Half screen, and Floating window layouts
  • Keep your conversation ready — hiding the assistant or moving between compact and full-page views keeps the current Claude page loaded
  • Return to the previous page — leaving the full-page workspace restores the AgencyKey section you were using before it
  • Navigate inside Claude — dedicated Back, Forward, and Refresh actions affect the assistant without changing the rest of AgencyKey
  • Use the right surface — compact layouts are available in AgencyKey Desktop; small screens use the full workspace, while the browser keeps Open Claude as a separate action
Improvement2026.9.18

Read fan value and subscription status faster

Chat cards now explain where a fan’s spending came from, distinguish subscription states more clearly, and keep the all-time PPV paid rate readable.
  • Complete spending categories
  • Percent of total by category
  • Clear refund context
  • Distinct subscription badges
  • Clear all-time PPV rate

Improved

  • See the full spending mix — the Account spending tooltip can show chat PPV, tips, subscriptions and renewals, paid posts, streams, and other purchases when those details are available
  • Compare categories fairly — each percentage uses the complete spending total instead of stretching only PPV and tips to 100%
  • Read refunds correctly — refunds appear separately with a reminder that they are already included in the displayed total
  • Distinguish subscription states — expired subscriptions use a quiet neutral badge, expiring subscriptions stay orange with a stronger warning at seven days or less, and new subscribers use a soft blue badge
  • Keep PPV performance visible — fan details and the chat-list tooltip show the available all-time paid rate as a clear percentage
  • See only confirmed details — when a complete breakdown or paid rate is unavailable, AgencyKey keeps the simpler known view or hides the value instead of showing an estimate
Improvement2026.9.18

Start onboarding in the right language

New team members can choose their communication language at the beginning of onboarding, with an immediate interface change when that language is available in AgencyKey.
  • Eight communication languages
  • Immediate interface switch
  • Answers preserved during changes
  • Communication choice saved separately

Improved

  • Choose a familiar language first — onboarding offers English, Русский, Español, Deutsch, Français, Türkçe, Italiano, and Українська using their native names
  • Switch the available interface immediately — English, Russian, Spanish, and German update the onboarding questions and open AgencyKey screens as soon as they are selected
  • Keep other communication preferences — French, Turkish, Italian, and Ukrainian remain valid choices for communication while the interface stays in its current language
  • Do not lose earlier answers — changing the language while completing onboarding keeps information already entered on other steps
  • Keep later changes separate — your chosen communication language stays saved even if you later change the interface language
Feature2026.9.15

Compare model and chatter rankings

Switch the Dashboard between revenue, growth, decline, message, and PPV views, then narrow the comparison with a faster model selection.
  • Growth and decline rankings
  • Sales, messages, and PPV
  • Model avatars and tags
  • Chatter groups and avatars
  • Group and tag selection

How it works

  1. Open the Dashboard and choose the reporting period, models, and Before commission or After commission amount view.
  2. Select models manually, or use Select creators by group or tag to replace the selection with one group, model tags, or models without tags.
  3. In Top models or Top chatters, switch the ranking tab to compare the result you need.

Key details

  • Compare model movementTop models now ranks up to 10 accessible models by Revenue, Growth, or Decline; comparison rows show the amount change and its percentage
  • Rank chatter resultsTop chatters replaces the previous team summary with views for Sales amount, Growth, Decline, Messages, and PPV open %
  • Keep amount views consistent — the commission switch applies to model and chatter money rankings, while the comparison follows the selected reporting period
  • Recognize people and models faster — model rows can show avatars and tags, while chatter rows can show avatars and their group path when your access allows those details
  • Select a complete cohort — quick selection loads every accessible matching model up to the existing selection limit; an empty result, an error, or too many matches leaves your current selection unchanged
  • Continue into Analytics — ranking rows keep their links to the matching model or employee report with the current dates and filters
Improvement2026.9.15

Read a cleaner Dashboard at a glance

Core Dashboard cards now share a clearer visual system and separate the numbers that need different decisions, without overwriting an arrangement you already saved.
  • Unified card styling
  • Revenue source chart
  • Persistent Account statuses
  • Separate Billing states
  • Compact mailing coverage

Improved

  • Scan cards consistently — summaries use aligned labels, values, spacing, number formatting, familiar icons, and compact avatars across financial, status, and shift cards
  • See where revenue came from — a chart beside the main Revenue graph breaks the selected period and amount view into PPV, Tips, Subscriptions, and Other; subscriptions include renewals
  • Keep Account health visibleAccounts always shows Total, Connected, and Need attention, including a visible zero when there are no problems; the count includes every Account you can view
  • Separate Billing decisionsOn trial, Awaiting payment, and blocked models are no longer combined under one problem count, and unknown charge amounts are not presented as zero
  • Keep mailing coverage compact — the Mass Messages card retains Priority-mailing and automation coverage plus error warnings, while removing progress bars and the separate Sending now and Scheduled counters
  • Preserve your arrangement and known data — new default card sizes apply only to untouched Dashboards, and a refresh problem keeps already loaded values visible instead of replacing them with zeros
Improvement2026.9.15

Open the exact message and keep your place

Move from Direct Message statistics to the source chat, keep your reading position while PPV context loads, and open available media from older messages.
  • Statistics-to-chat action
  • Exact message focus
  • Stable reading position
  • Partial-preview recovery
  • Historical media playback

Improved

  • Go from statistics to the source — Direct Messages rows in OnlyFans statistics now include Go to chat and open the recipient’s chat at the exact message
  • Use the action only where it is exact — the button appears only when the chat and original message are available; mass-message rows and withdrawn messages do not show it
  • Keep the row you are reading in place — translations, loaded media, regrouped rows, and added context no longer push the current message away; your own scroll immediately takes control again
  • Retry only the missing context — if one side of a PPV preview fails, the target and successfully loaded messages remain visible, the error stays at the affected boundary, and Retry reloads only the missing part
  • Open media from older history — available photos and videos reached through history or preview now open in the OnlyFans viewer even when the original chat row is not visible
  • Read PPV scope more clearly — the recent PPV and tips timeline is visually separated from the all-time paid rate for personal PPV, and unavailable-message cards keep their recovery action readable
Improvement2026.9.15

Let prepared replies type and recover safely

Long replies now keep their selected typing pace, Script sends preserve the chosen reply target, and interrupted prepared sends return as explicit reminders instead of silent uncertainty.
  • Updated typing speeds
  • Full-length typing simulation
  • Stable background timing
  • Script replies keep context
  • Recovery after reload

Improved

  • Use the updated speedsSlow, Normal, and Fast now use 4, 5.5, and 11 characters per second; existing standard speed choices move to the corresponding new value
  • Let long replies take their natural time — typing simulation from an open chat is no longer cut off at 30 or 60 seconds and continues to follow message length, selected speed, and the existing timing variation
  • Keep the typing pace in the background — AgencyKey Desktop keeps the selected pace while the Account window is in the background; messages that were already scheduled keep their previous timing
  • Send a Script as the selected reply — using Send from Scripts or a Scenario step now includes the message you selected for reply, even when the Script needs to load before sending
  • Cancel without losing the reply — canceling during simulated typing restores the prepared text and its reply target when the composer is still available, without overwriting newer work
  • Recover an interrupted prepared send — after a reload or an unexpected app closure during typing, a reminder shows the Script or Scenario name, text, media count, and price and lets you open the current source for review; nothing is resent automatically
  • Avoid false delivery warnings — a normally empty delayed-message list no longer shows a temporary red unconfirmed-delivery warning while its first empty result is being verified
Feature2026.9.14

Welcome every new subscriber automatically

Greet every fan after a new subscription without maintaining an inclusion list, while keeping your exclusions and additional audience conditions.
  • All new subscribers
  • Optional list-only mode
  • Exclusions still apply
  • Additional audience conditions
  • Clear audience preview

How it works

  1. Open Mass Messages, create a new message, and choose Subscriber welcome.
  2. Under Send To, select All new subscribers or Only fans in selected lists.
  3. Add any exclusions and additional conditions, review the eligible audience, and start the automation.

Key details

  • Welcome fans as they subscribe — the automation listens for a new subscription; it does not send a one-time welcome to the Account’s existing subscribers
  • Keep a list-only option — use selected user lists and Smart Lists when the welcome should apply only to a defined part of the audience
  • Narrow the audience safely — exclusions and additional spend, subscription, online, and recent-chat conditions continue to apply in both modes
  • Keep your list selection — selected lists stay available when you switch the audience mode or change the automation event while editing
  • Review the saved audience — the campaign table and launch confirmation clearly distinguish All new subscribers from selected lists
Improvement2026.9.14

Set up mailings in one clear flow

Choose the message type, event, timing, chain order, and stopping rules in one guided form with an accurate review before launch.
  • Message type cards
  • Event in the header
  • Frequency and delay
  • Explicit chain order
  • Accurate launch review

Improved

  • Start with the right scenario — the first screen now separates a one-time Priority mailing from the available event-based automations and explains what each option does
  • Change the event in place — the selected automation event appears as a full-width card in the form header; change it there without losing the message chains in your draft
  • Set timing in plain language — frequency, delay after the event, and activation now or at a scheduled time are presented as separate choices
  • See how chains will rotate — repeating automations show explicit Randomly and In order choices, message totals for every chain, and move controls only when chain order affects delivery
  • Understand the stopping rules — the form distinguishes maximum recipients from maximum chain starts and explains that a deadline stops new chains while chains already started continue; a date without a time ends at 23:59 in your CRM time zone
  • Review the real launch plan — confirmation summarizes the eligible audience, event, frequency, delay, activation schedule, chain behavior, limits, and unread-message deletion before anything starts
Improvement2026.9.14

Keep Queue and delayed sends recoverable

AgencyKey now checks protected content before changing the OnlyFans Queue, preserves drafts when the outcome is unclear, and waits for a confirmed result from Send Now.
  • Check before Queue changes
  • Separate create and edit
  • Recoverable saved drafts
  • Confirmed Send Now status
  • Duplicate-send protection

Improved

  • Check the final text first — Chat Protection checks the message before AgencyKey creates or edits a scheduled message or mailing in the OnlyFans Queue; if the check blocks the message or cannot finish, the Queue stays unchanged
  • Respect create and edit access — creating and editing are checked separately; if your access changes during a long safety check, the Queue stays unchanged
  • Keep delayed sends in order — the current composer stays locked while its send is being prepared; other chats become available after a wait, but another delayed send cannot jump ahead
  • Recover a draft that never started — if a Queue change never started on OnlyFans, its text and attachments can be restored after a reload; a failed attempt also keeps the original draft available
  • Wait for the real Send Now result — an accepted delayed message remains visible as processing, while another Send Now or Cancel is unavailable until delivery reaches a confirmed outcome
  • Avoid guessing after uncertainty — a canceled delivery says that nothing was sent, while an unconfirmed result asks you to check the OnlyFans chat before trying again and risking a duplicate
Improvement2026.9.13
Read the full metadata behind each Gallery tile and reliably attach protected OnlyFans audio without mistaking a ready track for an unavailable file.
  • Full captions on hover
  • Every hashtag visible
  • Protected audio selection
  • Listen in OnlyFans
  • Honest attachment status

Improved

  • Read beyond the tile — rest the pointer on a media square to see its complete caption and every hashtag; keyboard users can open the same description by focusing the tile
  • Use long metadata — the tooltip stays open while you move into it and scroll, so long captions can be read or selected without opening the metadata editor
  • Attach protected audio — protected Vault tracks can now be selected from the Gallery for chats, campaigns, and Scripts just like other ready audio
  • Listen in the right placeListen inside an OnlyFans chat opens the OnlyFans player; campaign and Script galleries keep the track selectable even when preview is unavailable there
  • See the sending state honestly — newly attached or delayed protected audio shows Audio attached instead of remaining at 0% or reporting a false load failure before delivery
Improvement2026.9.13

Read PPV context without guessing

Understand what each PPV card could load and where a surrounding-message preview begins, ends, or could not continue.
  • Missing-message reason
  • Separate recovery actions
  • Independent card loading
  • Visible context boundaries
  • Clear date separators

Improved

  • Distinguish absence from failure — a PPV card now says when its message is no longer in the chat because it was unsent or hidden, instead of presenting that state as a generic preview error
  • Choose the right recovery — use Check again when a message may no longer exist and Retry when it failed to load
  • Keep the timeline moving — one slow message no longer prevents the remaining PPV cards on the page from loading
  • Read the real surrounding messages — the preview centers the selected PPV and shows the messages immediately before it plus the available continuation after it
  • See what is not loaded — labelled boundaries identify omitted earlier or later messages, distinguish a failed continuation, and point to Show in chat when you want to keep reading; day separators keep the sequence clear
Improvement2026.9.13

Refresh dynamic screens without duplicate controls

Period changes, refreshed OnlyFans chat lists, and Archive imports now update affected controls and data instead of leaving duplicate or stale views.
  • Single statistics toggle
  • Restored chat list
  • Imported data in every window
  • Correct older-campaign label

Fixed

  • Keep one unsent toggle — changing the period in OnlyFans mass-message statistics no longer creates extra Show unsent or Hide unsent buttons
  • Recover the chat list — when OnlyFans refreshes the chat area, AgencyKey restores its list instead of leaving an empty or overlapping column
  • See imported work immediately — after an Archive import completes, matching Scripts, Vault data, and fan notes refresh in the relevant Account across open CRM windows
  • Read older campaign behavior correctly — campaigns created before chain rotation controls now show Random choice · equal chances, while the newer no-repeat mode remains labelled separately
Feature2026.9.12

Move an Account’s setup with one archive

Export selected AgencyKey work for one OnlyFans Account, review it, and import it into another agency without rebuilding the setup by hand.
  • One AgencyKey archive
  • Selectable work sections
  • Same-account import check
  • Preview before import
  • Safe repeat imports

How it works

  1. Open Data Migration, select an Account, and choose the Archive tab.
  2. Select the sections you need and choose Download archive.
  3. In the other agency, select the same OnlyFans Account, upload the archive file, and choose Preview import.
  4. Review the sections and possible matches, then confirm the import.

Key details

  • Move the connected setup — an archive can include fan notes and details, Vault metadata, Scripts, Scenarios, Smart Lists, mailings, inbox folders, and the Account note or tags
  • Keep required parts together — selecting Scenarios also adds their Scripts, while selecting mailings adds their Smart Lists
  • Protect existing work — matching records are skipped, items with matching names can be renamed when needed, and importing the same archive again does not create duplicates
  • Review before enabling — mailings arrive as drafts and Smart List synchronization stays off until you check the imported settings
  • Use the matching Account — AgencyKey blocks an archive created for a different OnlyFans Account; media references are preserved, but Team Members are not transferred
  • Follow access and size limits — available sections depend on your Data Migration permissions, and one archive can be up to 25 MB
Feature2026.9.12

Use Tasks across CRM and chats

Open the full Tasks workspace or work with the current fan’s tasks inside chats, with the right Account, deadlines, comments, and status kept together.
  • Tasks in main navigation
  • Fan tasks inside chats
  • Account-specific task counts
  • Details and comments
  • Permission-based actions

How it works

  1. Open Tasks from the main navigation to search, filter, sort, and review team work.
  2. Create or open a task to manage its assignee, Account, priority, deadline, status, description, and comments.
  3. In chats, open Tasks to see the current fan’s work or create a task already linked to that Account and fan.

Key details

  • See the section with access — the Tasks page and chat controls appear for users with View list access; create, edit, and delete remain separate permissions
  • Open details without editing — selecting a task title shows its description, author, assignee, deadline, linked fan, and comments even when you have read-only access
  • Keep each fan count accurate — task indicators are calculated for the current Account and fan, so work from another Account’s chat is not mixed in
  • Use valid status changes — available choices follow the task’s current status, both on the Tasks page and in chats
  • Keep unfinished input — failed saves leave the form or comment open for correction and retry instead of discarding your draft
  • Read deadlines consistently — dates and exact times use the CRM time zone shown in the task form
Feature2026.9.12

Restrict or unrestrict from a chat

Change a fan’s restriction status from the chat row or the open chat without losing your conversation or position in the list.
  • Chat-row context action
  • Open-chat More action
  • Visible restricted status
  • Permission-aware availability

How it works

  1. Right-click a chat row, or open More in the chat header.
  2. Choose Restrict or Unrestrict.
  3. Continue working in the same conversation while AgencyKey updates the row status.

Key details

  • See the result in place — a restricted chat is dimmed and marked Restricted in the list
  • Keep your chat open — the action does not switch conversations, reset the list, or move you away from the current position
  • Use available OnlyFans access — the action appears only when your role can manage restrictions and the Account supports it
  • Avoid repeated changes — the action is unavailable while the same fan’s update is still in progress
  • Retry an uncertain result — if AgencyKey cannot confirm the result, it shows an error instead of guessing whether the fan is restricted
Improvement2026.9.12

Control how campaign chains rotate

Send automated-message chains in a defined order or choose them randomly without repeating the previous chain.
  • Sequential chain rotation
  • Optional random choice
  • No immediate repeat
  • Draft chain reordering
  • Clear launch summary

Improved

  • Choose the rotation mode — for a campaign that sends every time its trigger matches and contains several chains, turn Choose a chain at random on or off
  • Start from the first chain — new campaigns use sequential rotation by default and continue through the saved order on later trigger matches
  • Reorder complete chains — while a campaign is a draft, move chains up or down together with their messages, media, prices, and delays
  • Avoid immediate repeats — random rotation gives chains equal chances while excluding the chain used on the previous matching trigger
  • Review before launch — the confirmation shows whether the campaign uses sequential or random rotation and lists the saved chain order
  • Preserve existing behavior — campaigns created before this update keep random selection unless you edit their rotation setting
Improvement2026.9.12

Save paid messages as Scripts safely

Apply the same PPV price rules in chats and Scripts, and see exactly what will be kept when you save a sent message as a Script.
  • Shared PPV price rules
  • Paid-media requirement
  • Clear copied-content result
  • No partial media copies
  • Clear correction for old prices

Improved

  • Use the same price rules — chat messages, delayed sends, Scripts, and Script imports accept 0or0** or **3–$200, with up to two decimal places
  • Back paid Scripts with media — a paid Script must contain at least one media item marked Paid; remove the price to keep the Script free
  • Keep paid media and price — when a sent message has paid text and paid media, Save as Script copies the media and price but explains that the paid text cannot be copied
  • Know when the Script becomes free — if only the message text was paid, AgencyKey leaves out that text and its price and tells you that the new Script will be free
  • Avoid incomplete Scripts — if required media details are unavailable or unsupported, AgencyKey does not open a partly copied Script
  • Correct old values deliberately — an existing price outside the supported range stays visible with an error until you replace it; it is not silently changed
Improvement2026.9.12

Cleaner notifications and accurate Script status

Known OnlyFans event pop-ups no longer duplicate CRM notifications, and delayed Scripts receive a sent mark only after delivery is confirmed.
  • No duplicate event pop-ups
  • CRM notification preserved
  • Important OnlyFans alerts preserved
  • Confirmed delayed-Script marks

Fixed

  • Keep one event notification — AgencyKey hides a duplicate OnlyFans event pop-up only when the matching CRM notification is available
  • Preserve important OnlyFans alerts — errors, warnings, confirmations, and unfamiliar alerts remain visible
  • Keep CRM notifications available — users with Notifications access continue to receive their allowed cards after access loads and while moving between tabs or pages
  • Mark confirmed deliveries — when a delayed message created from a Script is delivered, that Script receives its sent mark without waiting for another refresh
  • Avoid premature marks — messages awaiting delivery and canceled messages do not mark a Script as sent
Feature2026.9.10

Arrange Dashboard cards from a phone

Change the shared order and size of Dashboard cards from a narrower web view, with a preview that shows both the desktop arrangement and the reading order on your phone.
  • Arrange controls on cards
  • Position before or after
  • Desktop width and height
  • Shared arrangement preview
  • Saved phone reading order

How it works

  1. Open the Dashboard in a narrower browser window and choose the arrange button on a card.
  2. Place the card before or after another card, choose its alignment, and adjust the width or height used on larger screens.
  3. Review the shared preview and phone order, then select Apply.

Key details

  • Arrange without a drag gesture — the dialog gives touch-friendly controls for moving and sizing a card when the desktop grid is not available
  • Keep one shared arrangement — the saved change also applies to the Dashboard on your computer
  • Read naturally on a phone — cards stay full width and follow the saved arrangement from top to bottom
  • Choose desktop dimensions — use the width presets allowed for that card, adjust its supported heights, or reset the size
  • Preview before applying — the diagram shows where every visible card will sit and lists the resulting phone order
  • Recover from another edit — if the Dashboard changes while the dialog is open, use Use latest arrangement before applying your change
Improvement2026.9.10

Tune notifications from one compact table

Set one volume for all notification sounds and adjust pop-up position or auto-hide timing from the table header, while keeping each event’s own sound and alert choices.
  • One shared sound volume
  • Per-event sound choices
  • Pop-up controls in headers
  • Responsive settings table

Improved

  • Use one shared levelQuiet, Medium, or Loud now applies to every enabled notification sound instead of maintaining a separate volume for each event
  • Keep events independent — continue choosing a different sound or No sound for each event; changing the shared volume does not enable muted events
  • Open shared controls in place — notification position, auto-hide timing, and volume are available from their column headers instead of a separate section below the table
  • Work in narrower windows — controls stack on phones, while the table scrolls horizontally on medium screens instead of hiding or compressing its columns
  • Keep existing choices — event scope, counters, pop-ups, auto-hide, and sound selections continue to save with your notification preferences
Improvement2026.9.10

Keep controls usable on smaller screens

Navigation, page actions, table menus, Vault categories, selects, and Script Flow ordering now stay reachable on touch devices and in narrower browser windows.
  • Compact medium-screen sidebar
  • Wrapping page actions
  • Touch-ready table actions
  • Complete association popovers
  • Visible Vault menus
  • Screen-fitting select lists
  • Touch flow reordering

Improved

  • Keep navigation beside your work — medium-sized web views use the compact icon sidebar, while smaller phone views continue to use the navigation drawer
  • Keep page actions visible — Creator and Employee Analytics actions and the Billing subscription summary wrap onto additional lines on narrow screens
  • Choose table actions by touch — tapping a cell with several actions opens a clear action menu; Shift actions also have explicit create, edit, and delete labels
  • Open the complete association list — tap or click an avatar count in a table to see every person or Account represented by that cell
  • Reach Vault and select menus — category actions stay visible on touch devices, and long select menus fit the available screen height instead of extending beyond it
  • Reorder Script Flows by touch — drag handles for steps and reply variants keep the drag gesture instead of letting the page scroll take over
Improvement2026.9.10

Clearer chat controls and safer support keys

Chat icons explain themselves, selected and pinned lists are easier to distinguish, and AgencyKey Desktop confirms a support connection key before asking you to restart.
  • Tooltips for chat icons
  • Clear selected-list marker
  • Clear pin state
  • Distinct synchronized copies
  • German chat-list text
  • Confirmed support-key saves

Improved

  • Read icon actions before clicking — chat-list, header, and composer controls now show their translated action in a tooltip, including sort, filters, appearance, search, notes, translation, and media actions
  • See selection and pinning separately — the current list has a checkmark, while the pin button uses a distinct filled state when that list is pinned
  • Distinguish list types visually — Smart Lists use AgencyKey styling, OnlyFans lists remain neutral, and synchronized copies are indented on their own background, including in dark mode
  • Use the list picker in German — the Smart List and OnlyFans-copy source labels and explanations introduced in the previous release are now translated into German
  • Use support keys only when instructed — open Network Settings → Advanced only when support gives you a connection key; this setting remains available in AgencyKey Desktop only
  • Wait for the saved key state — in AgencyKey Desktop, the support connection key dialog checks the current value before enabling Save or Clear and offers Retry if that check fails
  • Restart after a confirmed change — saving or clearing a key writes the complete value and reads it back; the restart prompt appears only after AgencyKey confirms the result, while failures remain visible for another attempt
Feature2026.9.9

Use AgencyKey in German

Choose Deutsch in Settings and use the main AgencyKey interface in German across the web app and AgencyKey Desktop, including AgencyKey controls in OnlyFans windows.
  • Deutsch in Settings
  • Saved account preference
  • Synced OnlyFans windows
  • German Desktop menus
  • Localized messages and exports

How it works

  1. Open the Settings menu and choose Deutsch as the interface language.
  2. AgencyKey applies the choice to the open web and Desktop screens, including AgencyKey controls in OnlyFans windows.
  3. While you are signed in, AgencyKey saves the choice to your account.

Key details

  • Work in German — login, the main application, Desktop menus and dialogs, AgencyKey controls in OnlyFans windows, public reports, permission messages, errors, and dates now support German
  • Receive localized communication — AgencyKey transactional emails and onboarding or product surveys use your selected language
  • Export readable reports — Creator and Employee Analytics CSV files and Shift History XLSX files use localized labels
  • Keep one language everywhere — changing the language updates the open AgencyKey screens so the web app, Desktop, and controls in OnlyFans windows do not need to be changed separately
  • Keep external content separate — OnlyFans-native and user-created content stay in their original language, and German documentation and tutorial videos are not included in this release
  • Know the current limit — the new explanations for Smart Lists and copied OnlyFans Lists in the chat-list picker may still appear in English when German is selected
Improvement2026.9.9

Set exact PPV prices in campaigns

Use prices down to the cent when preparing paid content in Mass Messages and automated-message campaigns.
  • Prices down to cents
  • 33–200 paid range
  • Clear price guidance
  • Saved decimal prices

Improved

  • Set the exact amount — enter a free price of 0orapaidpricefrom0** or a paid price from **3 through $200, with up to two decimal places
  • Use cent-based prices — values such as $18.90 are accepted when you save or publish a campaign
  • Correct prices sooner — the editor explains the valid free and paid ranges when a price cannot be used
  • Return to the same value — reopening a saved campaign keeps its decimal price ready for further editing
Improvement2026.9.9

Find the right chat list faster

See which list is filtering chats, find synchronized copies in one group, and search them without paging through a long OnlyFans list.
  • Current list source
  • Copies in one group
  • Pinned-copy count
  • Search across list names
  • Clear source explanations

Improved

  • See the active source — the line below the chat tabs shows the current list name and whether it comes from AgencyKey, OnlyFans, or an OnlyFans copy
  • Find copies together — synchronized copies are collected in a collapsible Smart List copies group at the top of the OnlyFans lists
  • Read the collapsed count correctly — the number beside the closed copies group shows how many copied lists are pinned
  • Search both names — find a synchronized copy by the current Smart List name or the name stored on OnlyFans without waiting for every native-list page to load
  • Understand membership differences — the menu explains that a Smart List follows AgencyKey rules immediately, while its OnlyFans copy updates in the background and may briefly contain different accounts
Improvement2026.9.9

Chat and report fixes

Incoming media recovers without a false error, translation-only roles can reach their settings, and the shared-report source picker remains usable in smaller windows.
  • Incoming media without false errors
  • Translation settings by role
  • Resizable report source picker
  • Controls in smaller windows

Fixed

  • Wait for every incoming file — if an OnlyFans message becomes ready before its individual media files, AgencyKey keeps processing them and shows the media automatically instead of displaying a false error
  • Open translation settings with translation access — roles with Translate Chat or Translate While Typing can load and save the relevant settings for Accounts they can access without separate access to the Accounts section
  • Keep nickname access separate — changing a fan’s default nickname still follows the existing Accounts permission
  • Resize the source picker — drag the lower-right corner of Select sources in a shared report to give the source table more room
  • Reach every control — vertical and horizontal scrolling keeps search, the table, pagination, and actions available in a smaller window
Feature2026.9.8

Build Smart Lists for fans and accounts the model follows

Choose Fans, Following, or both separately for each active spend or chat filter, so one Smart List can cover the audiences you actually need.
  • Fans or Following
  • Audience choice per filter
  • Both groups together
  • Fans-only subscription filters
  • Existing lists unchanged

How it works

  1. Create or edit a Smart List and add a spend or chat filter.
  2. Choose whether that filter applies to Fans, Following, or both audiences.
  3. Add the remaining criteria and save the list as usual.

Key details

  • Choose per filter — every active eligible spend or chat filter has its own audience choice, so different criteria can target different groups in the same list
  • Include accounts the model followsFollowing means accounts followed by the model, not the model’s followers
  • Combine both branches — an account is included when it matches either audience branch; within each branch, all of that branch’s active rules must match
  • Keep subscription rules focused — subscription filters continue to apply only to Fans
  • Preserve current Smart Lists — existing criteria remain assigned to Fans unless you explicitly expand their audience
  • Use existing access — creating and managing these lists follows the same Fan Lists permissions as before
Improvement2026.9.8

Edit saved campaigns without hidden attachments

Reopen a saved Mass Message or automated-message campaign and see every attachment, including files that need your attention before launch.
  • Every attachment visible
  • Paid choices preserved
  • Missing media clearly marked
  • Retry or remove
  • Safer campaign launch

Improved

  • See the complete draft — every saved attachment returns as a tile in its original order when you reopen the campaign
  • Keep paid choices — each attachment retains whether it was marked Paid
  • Handle missing media clearly — a file that cannot be loaded stays visible by its media ID with actions to Retry or remove it
  • Save while resolving issues — missing media can block launch when you have Vault preview access, but you can still save the draft and return later
  • Respect restricted previews — without Vault preview access, the attachment shows Preview restricted without removing the campaign permission you already have
Improvement2026.9.8

Jump from PPV History to the chat

Open the exact source message from PPV History, even when AgencyKey needs to load an older part of the conversation first.
  • Show in chat action
  • Older messages loaded
  • Source message highlighted
  • Return from other views

Improved

  • Open the source message — choose Show in chat on a paid PPV or outgoing free-media message card to return to that message in the conversation
  • Reach older history — AgencyKey loads earlier messages when needed, scrolls to the source, and highlights it for you
  • Return from another view — the action leaves Gallery or a pinned-message view before locating the source in the chat
  • Keep preview separate — previewing media does not move the conversation; use Show in chat when you want the original message
  • Know which records can open — tips do not have a source-message action, and a deleted or restricted message may no longer be available
Improvement2026.9.8

Dashboard, video, and chat polish

New Dashboards start with a clearer focus, tutorial videos leave fullscreen cleanly, and later OnlyFans actions continue after an earlier action fails to start.
  • Focused Dashboard default
  • Shifts available on demand
  • Cleaner fullscreen exit
  • Later actions keep moving

Improved

  • Start with a focused Dashboard — the untouched default layout uses the new grouping, while Dashboards you already customized keep their saved layout
  • Add shifts when you need themYour Shifts is no longer in the untouched default; restore it through Add block and save it anywhere on your Dashboard
  • Leave fullscreen cleanly — the first press of Escape exits a fullscreen tutorial video instead of closing its dialog, and fullscreen also ends when the video finishes, errors, or closes
  • Continue with the next action — if one queued OnlyFans action fails before it starts, later actions no longer remain waiting until the application is reloaded
Improvement2026.9.7

See more Vault media at once

The shared Gallery gives more room to media, lets you switch between compact and large previews, and keeps lists and controls usable in smaller windows.
  • More media on screen
  • Compact or large previews
  • Lists in smaller windows
  • Clear selected total
  • Media totals by list

Improved

  • See more at once — the Gallery keeps more of the window for the media grid, so you spend less time scrolling
  • Choose the preview size — switch between Compact previews and Large previews without clearing your current selection
  • Work in smaller windows — lists move into Choose a media list, while your selected list stays visible as you search
  • Confirm the right batch — the selected total stays next to the actions, and the confirmation button shows Add N
  • Scan lists faster — each list shows its total media count; point at the total to see the number of photos, videos, GIFs, and audio files
Improvement2026.9.7

Desktop updates that recover cleanly

AgencyKey Desktop brings back clear actions after an update problem and, on Windows, updates the copy already open without installation options that could create a second copy.
  • Updates for current Windows installation
  • Protection from second copies
  • Recovery from stalled downloads
  • Clear actions after errors
  • Unfinished work protection

Improved

  • Update the copy you’re using — on Windows, choosing to install an update puts the new version into the AgencyKey copy already open instead of showing options that could create another copy and shortcut
  • Stop before the wrong copy — if AgencyKey finds two Windows installations or cannot confirm the open one, it stops before installation and explains the next step
  • Protect unfinished work — on Windows, unfinished Vault work or unsaved changes in Roles & Permissions or Keyboard Shortcuts pause installation, while the downloaded update stays ready for another attempt
  • Recover a stalled download — if a Windows update stops making progress, AgencyKey ends the wait and brings back Try Again; slow downloads that keep making progress continue normally
  • Return to recovery after failures — if checking, downloading, or starting a required update fails, the Update Required screen restores Try Again instead of staying busy
  • Choose Later with confidence — on Windows, a ready update stays in the application menu for you to install; on macOS, it can install when you quit
Improvement2026.9.7

Control who can see payout history

Choose which roles can review payout-request history without giving them permission to move money.
  • Separate payout-history access
  • Read-only financial review
  • Existing role access

Improved

  • Set separate history access — in Employees → Roles & Permissions, open a role and use Creators → OnlyFans Manager → Statements → View payout requests to show or hide the Payout requests tab
  • Review without moving money — the history follows the same creators the role can already see in Statements, while this new access does not allow payouts or changes to automatic payouts
  • Keep payout actions separateRequest payout continues to control money movement independently from the new read-only history access
  • Keep current access — roles that could already open Statements retain payout history until an administrator changes the new access
Improvement2026.9.7

Chat fixes — Account switches and attachments

A send or read action can finish in its original Account after you switch away, while a ready attachment remains available after restart if another upload is still running.
  • Sends across Account switches
  • Stable read status
  • Accurate new-message badges
  • Ready attachments after restart

Fixed

  • Finish sends after switching Accounts — in AgencyKey Desktop, switching Accounts while a message is preparing or sending no longer interrupts the action in the original Account
  • Keep read status accurate — if you switch Accounts while marking a chat read, the action can finish in the original Account; an older refresh no longer restores an outdated unread badge, while a new incoming message still appears unread
  • Keep a ready attachment after restart — if one attachment added through AgencyKey is ready and another is still uploading, restarting keeps the ready file available for preview and editing
Feature2026.9.6

Choose Vault media right from chat

Open the shared Gallery from an OnlyFans chat, find the creator’s Vault media, preview files, and add up to 40 attachments without leaving the conversation.
  • Vault picker in chat
  • Caption, Note, Hashtag search
  • Publication and subscriber filters
  • Photo, video, audio previews
  • Up to 40 attachments

How it works

Open an OnlyFans chat and choose Vault in the composer toolbar. Search by Caption; if your role has Vault metadata viewing access, switch to Note or Hashtag. Use Filters for Publication in posts and, in an individual fan chat, Current subscriber. Select media and choose Done to add it to the draft. Use a preview control to inspect a file without selecting it.

Key details

  • Follow your access — browsing requires Vault viewing access; Note and Hashtag search and metadata editing appear only when your role and creator access allow them; list sorting and edits require Vault editing access
  • Keep fan history in context — sent or purchased indicators and the Current subscriber filter, when available, refer to the fan in the open chat
  • Stay within the limit — the chat draft accepts up to 40 media attachments in total; processing or unavailable media cannot be selected
  • Keep drafts safe — if the chat, access, or attachment capacity changes while you choose media, AgencyKey keeps the draft unchanged and asks you to try again
  • Fit the window — the chat Gallery grid adapts to the available interface width
Improvement2026.9.6

See more and keep your Dashboard settings

Your Dashboard choices now follow your account, while new snapshots put model rankings, Billing, and team results in one place.
  • Settings across devices
  • Yesterday period
  • Top models by revenue
  • Billing at a glance
  • Team performance metrics
  • Messages in My results
  • Clearer card resizing

New

  • Save your choices — your Analytics period and Before commission or After commission view save to your account, while Revenue and Subscriptions each remember their own line or column chart
  • Use Yesterday — choose Yesterday as a moving report period; Today, Last 7 days, Last 30 days, and a custom range up to 30 days remain available
  • See Top models — compare up to 10 accessible models by revenue for the selected period and amount view, then open the same period and model in Creator Analytics
  • Check Billing at a glance — users with Billing access can see the balance, the next billing day and its known total, active subscriptions, and payment issues, then open Billing for full details
  • See team performance — when Employee Analytics access covers Entire agency or Group and subgroups, the Dashboard shows Total $, Total Sales, and weighted PPV Open %; the dollar total is always Before commission

Improved

  • Keep Messages visible in My results — a period with outgoing messages attributed to you but no sales now shows message activity instead of the empty 0 sales state
  • Confirm connected Accounts — the Accounts card says All accounts connected when every account visible to you is connected
  • Resize with confidence — see the current grid size while dragging and click a card’s resize corner to reset only that card without moving unrelated cards
Improvement2026.9.6

Chat fixes — sends and tabs

AgencyKey now keeps confirmed sends in its statistics reliably, and late page updates no longer move the active tab to the wrong section.
  • Confirmed sends stay tracked
  • Paid-message totals refresh
  • Correct section after reload
  • Stable rapid tab switches

Fixed

  • Track successful sends — when OnlyFans confirms a message without full sender details, AgencyKey no longer skips its tracking update, and paid-message totals continue to refresh
  • Keep the active tab on its section — a late OnlyFans page update after reload or a quick switch can no longer rename or move the active CRM tab to another section
Feature2026.9.5

Use AgencyKey in Spanish

Choose Español in Settings and use AgencyKey in Spanish across the web app and AgencyKey Desktop, including AgencyKey controls in OnlyFans windows and desktop menus.
  • Spanish across AgencyKey
  • Español in Settings
  • Choice saved to your account
  • OnlyFans windows stay in sync
  • Spanish Desktop menus
  • Account emails in Spanish

How it works

Open the Settings menu and choose Español. The current interface updates immediately, and AgencyKey saves the choice to your account while you’re signed in. AgencyKey Desktop also updates its menus and dialogs and keeps AgencyKey controls in open and hidden OnlyFans windows in the same language.

Key details

  • Use Spanish across AgencyKey — the web app, AgencyKey Desktop, AgencyKey controls in OnlyFans windows, permission and error messages, dates, and common formatting follow your choice
  • Receive account emails in Spanish — supported registration, verification, password-reset, and team-invitation emails use the selected language
  • Keep your access unchanged — choosing a language does not change team permissions or feature access
  • Keep external content separate — OnlyFans and user-created content stay in their own language, and this release does not add Spanish documentation, videos, or Telegram announcements
Improvement2026.9.5

See your group, roles, and access

Open the account menu to check your current group and assigned roles, then use My access to review the sections and actions available to your account.
  • Group and roles in menu
  • Read-only My access page
  • Available sections and actions

Improved

  • See your account summary — the account menu shows your signed-in identity, Group, and Roles
  • Open My access — choose My access from the account menu or Account settings to open a read-only view
  • Review what you can use — the page lists accessible sections and shows which actions are available to your account
  • Keep management separate — this self-view does not show whether access covers all data, a group, or only your own data; use the role editor to manage those limits
Improvement2026.9.5

Fit more work into the Dashboard

A denser default keeps important cards in view, one period aligns your financial results, and charts stay readable when you resize a card.
  • Denser three-column default
  • One period for three cards
  • Gross or net revenue
  • Compact status cards
  • Charts fit card size
  • One-click card-size reset

Improved

  • Start from a clearer layout — on a wide Dashboard, financial and status cards use a denser three-column arrangement; your custom arrangement stays intact
  • Change three cards together — use Analytics period for Revenue, Subscriptions, and My results; choose Today, Last 7 days, Last 30 days, or a custom range up to 30 days
  • Compare the revenue you need — switch Revenue between Gross and Net; the total, chart, comparison, and linked Analytics report follow your choice
  • Keep cards focused — healthy Proxies and an empty upcoming-shift list stay out of the way, while problems or upcoming work bring the useful card back
  • Keep charts readable — Revenue and Subscriptions charts adapt to the card size, and your period remains after refresh in this browser or Desktop installation
  • Reset one card quickly — click its bottom-right resize corner without dragging to return that card to its standard size
Improvement2026.9.5

See mailing coverage across creators

The Dashboard counts how many accessible creators have Priority mailings and each active automated-message trigger, so you can spot coverage gaps at a glance.
  • Priority mailing coverage
  • Sending and scheduled counts
  • Automated messages by trigger
  • Counts across accessible creators
  • Direct path to Automation

Improved

  • See Priority mailing coverage — the Mass Messages card counts creators with a configured Priority mailing and shows how many are sending now, scheduled, or need attention after an error
  • Compare active automated messages — review coverage for Fan comes online, Subscriber welcome, PPV purchase, and Fan resubscribes
  • Use the selected period where it applies — errors follow the Dashboard period and report time zone, while Sending now and Scheduled show current work
  • Follow your access — the card includes only creators you can view; use its title or a trigger row to open Automation → Mass Messages
Feature2026.9.4

Pause and resume Mass Messages

Pause a pending or sending campaign to hold new deliveries, then resume it when you’re ready; messages already being sent may still finish.
  • Pause pending or sending
  • Resume when ready
  • Pause scheduled messages
  • In-flight sends may finish
  • Access by role

How it works

In Mass Messages, find a campaign with Pending or Sending status and choose Pause campaign. In the confirmation, leave Pause scheduled messages selected to hold delayed follow-ups too, or clear it to let them continue. Messages already being sent may still finish. The campaign moves to Paused. Choose Resume campaign to continue it from the campaign list and return it to its previous Pending or Sending status.

Key details

  • Keep control of delayed messages — the option to pause scheduled messages is selected by default; clear it if delayed follow-ups should continue on their normal schedule
  • Let in-flight sends finish safely — pausing holds new campaign sends but does not retract messages already being sent
  • Use the action in the right state — pause is available for Pending and Sending campaigns, while resume is available for Paused campaigns
  • Respect team access — pause and resume appear only for team members whose role includes this Mass Messages access
Improvement2026.9.4

Use Vault media with clearer context

Filter shared Gallery media by whether it appears in an OnlyFans post, keep Vault previews clean, and read Script and attachment history for the fan you’re viewing.
  • Posted and Not posted
  • Clean list previews
  • Fan-specific indicators
  • Script status separated
  • Attachment details separated

Improved

  • Filter by publication — in the shared Gallery, open Filters → Publication in posts and choose All, Not posted, or Posted; this describes media in OnlyFans posts, not media sent in chats
  • Keep list previews clean — in the OnlyFans Vault, list and sidebar covers no longer show markers meant for grid cards, while grid-card details stay available
  • Keep history with the current fan — switching chats no longer carries the previous fan’s sent-media indicators into the next conversation
  • Separate the Script from its attachments — when attachment history is available, a Script preview shows its confirmed AgencyKey record separately from attachment send and purchase details for the current fan
  • Read missing records safely — when AgencyKey has no confirmed record for that Script, the preview says so without claiming that the OnlyFans send never happened
Improvement2026.9.4

Keep drafts and tabs in place

Long drafts with media or a price stay scrollable inside the chat, while refreshes and quick tab switches keep your selected section.
  • Scrollable long drafts
  • Send actions within reach
  • Selected section preserved
  • Current Messages guide

Improved

  • Keep long drafts reachable — in chats with media or a price, the editor scrolls inside the window so Send and translation actions remain available
  • Follow the latest tab choice — after a refresh and quick switch, a late result from another tab no longer replaces the section you selected
  • Open the current chat guideVideo in an OnlyFans chat opens the current Messages overview without the outdated Chat list choice
Improvement2026.9.4

Read today’s results at a glance

The My results today Dashboard card keeps total sales prominent and shows supporting metrics only when they have values.
  • Total sales first
  • Only useful metrics
  • Compact empty days
  • Meaningful trend details

Improved

  • Keep the main total visible — the card always keeps total sales in view
  • Show useful supporting values — Fans Reached and PPV sold or sent appear only when they have data instead of filling the card with zeros
  • Keep empty days compact — a day without sales shows a simple 0 sales state
  • Open the full report — select the card to open your report for the day in Analytics → Employees
  • Show trends when they help — comparison details appear only when a meaningful previous-period trend is available
Improvement2026.9.2

Learn without leaving your section

Open short Russian or English video guides from key AgencyKey sections, with a timely prompt when a workspace is genuinely empty.
  • Guides inside AgencyKey
  • Russian and English videos
  • Help in empty sections
  • Video always within reach
  • Existing access unchanged

New

  • Open a guide inside the section — use Video in supported headings across Mass Messages, Smart Lists, Scripts and Scenarios, Vault, Tracking Links, Analytics, Data Migration, Team Members, Roles & Permissions, and Shifts
  • Start with help in an empty workspace — supported sections show their guide only after a genuinely empty workspace loads, not in place of loading, errors, or an empty result caused by search or filters
  • Return to a guide later — the Video action remains available after you add data
  • Watch in the matching language — a Russian interface opens the Russian guide; other interface languages use the English version
  • Keep the same access boundaries — guides appear only inside sections your role can already open
Improvement2026.9.2

Find, edit, and carry Vault media forward

In Mass Messages and Scripts, search and edit details while choosing media; in AgencyKey Desktop, OnlyFans Vault actions now carry a complete selection into a new post tab or Mass Message draft.
  • Editing while choosing media
  • Both Caption sources
  • No duplicate media cards
  • Complete Vault selections
  • Release forms kept together

Improved

  • Edit while choosing media — with Vault edit access, use the pencil in the Mass Messages or Scripts media picker to update the Caption, Note, and Hashtags
  • Find both Caption sources — Caption search combines OnlyFans matches with captions saved through AgencyKey and shows each media item once
  • Keep useful matches after one source fails — if OnlyFans or AgencyKey Caption results are temporarily unavailable, matches from the other source stay visible and Retry targets only the failed source
  • See only actions your role can use — the picker checks Vault access for the selected Account; browsing requires view access, while folder sorting and the pencil require edit access, and a temporary access-check error can be retried

Fixed

  • Carry a complete Vault selection forward — in AgencyKey Desktop, existing OnlyFans Vault actions now open selected media in a new post tab or add the complete selection to a new Mass Message draft
  • Keep release forms with media — a new Mass Message stays locked until all selected media and their release forms are ready; if the transfer cannot finish, AgencyKey shows an error instead of enabling an incomplete send
Improvement2026.9.2

September fixes

Finish onboarding with a valid short Telegram username, follow Desktop update downloads as they move, and see a player for some ready OnlyFans audio that previously looked unavailable.
  • Short Telegram usernames
  • Moving update progress
  • Ready chat audio

Fixed

  • Finish onboarding with a short Telegram username — valid four-character usernames such as test are now accepted with or without the optional @, for example @test, and the field explains the supported format
  • See update progress move — during normal background updates, the Desktop version panel shows intermediate download percentages instead of jumping from 0% to ready
  • Play ready audio in chats — some audio attachments that were ready on OnlyFans but looked unavailable now show a player whose Play and Pause controls follow the original OnlyFans audio
Feature2026.9.0

Choose what counts in notification badges

Keep the OnlyFans bell and Account totals focused on what matters by choosing which unread categories contribute to their numbers in AgencyKey Desktop.
  • Nine notification categories
  • Bell and Account totals
  • One desktop-wide choice
  • Unread state unchanged
  • All categories by default

How it works

In AgencyKey Desktop, open Settings → Notifications and use the Counter column. Choose any combination of Subscriptions, Purchases, Tips, Tags, Comments, Mentions, Likes, Messages, and Unavailable media. You can change the same selection from the gear in the OnlyFans Notifications panel or from Notification counter in Chat interface settings. The choice applies across open Accounts and windows in this Desktop installation.

Key details

  • Notifications stay intact — turning a category off changes the aggregate number without hiding its notifications, marking them read, or changing the category’s own unread count
  • Alerts stay separate — pop-up and sound choices continue to work independently from the Counter selection
  • Everything counts initially — all nine categories remain included until you turn one off
  • One local Desktop choice — open Accounts and windows share the setting on this computer; it does not sync to another device
  • Available totals stay visible — until OnlyFans supplies a complete category breakdown, AgencyKey keeps the available total instead of showing a false zero
  • Existing access stays respected — an Account’s notification numbers remain available only where your role can view its OnlyFans Notifications
Improvement2026.9.0

Predictable Vault search and sorting

In Mass Messages and Scripts, continue long Note or Hashtag searches when you choose, while delayed folder searches and rapid sorting changes settle on your latest choice.
  • Show more for long searches
  • Lists unchanged by search
  • Latest folder search results
  • Latest folder order
  • Folders after sort errors

Improved

  • Continue long searches deliberatelyNote and Hashtag search in the media picker now shows Show more for later results, while ordinary Vault folders continue loading as you scroll
  • Leave OnlyFans lists alone — searching by Note or Hashtag no longer creates or changes a helper list in OnlyFans

Fixed

  • Keep the latest folder search — a delayed older result can no longer replace the left-column Vault folders for your newest search text
  • Settle on the latest folder order — rapid sorting changes finish on your newest choice instead of an intermediate order
  • Keep useful folders visible — if a temporary refresh fails after sorting, the folders already on screen stay visible
