Use Shifts to plan team coverage across creators, spot uncovered hours, and review who worked when. The calendar keeps one-time and repeating schedules together, while Shift History preserves past work and its attributed sales.

Where to find it

Open Employees → Shifts in the sidebar. Use the Shift history tab on the Shifts page to review past shifts.

What you can do

  • Create one-time and recurring shifts
  • Assign employees to creators
  • View shift coverage on a calendar
  • Track open (uncovered) hours
  • Review past shifts, sales, and message statistics

Page layout

  • Filters — select date and creator
  • Density toggle — switch between S (Compact), M (Default), and L (Comfortable) display modes
  • Calendar — visual representation of shifts
  • Create Shift button — add a new shift

Time zone

The calendar is displayed in the time zone from Settings → Your Preferences. A new shift is saved with that current time zone, which is shown read-only in the editor. Existing shifts keep the time zone saved when they were created, so changing Preferences does not rewrite their actual start and end moments.
You can change your default time zone in Settings → Your Preferences.
Shift History displays each shift’s dates and times in the time zone saved on that shift. Check the zone before comparing history with a report produced in another time zone.

Access and availability

The schedule follows your Shifts view permission and data scope. Creating, editing, and deleting shifts require the corresponding management permissions. View history is separate from schedule management, and reassigning sales in history requires shift editing access.
