Fan Lists

Use Fan Lists to review list coverage across creators and build a reusable audience for Mass Messages. Choose a creator, create a rule-based Smart List, and use that list in campaign targeting.

Where to find it

Open Automation → Fan Lists. The page first shows an all-creators summary; click a row or choose a creator at the top to open that creator’s lists. Lists and membership always belong to the selected creator.

All-creators summary

Before a creator is selected, each creator row separates three counts: Click a creator row to open all lists for that creator. After a native OnlyFans list is successfully created or deleted, its summary count refreshes. If an OF list or synchronization count cannot load, AgencyKey leaves only the affected column empty and shows a warning. The rest of the summary remains current.

Start with a Smart List

1. Choose the creator whose fans you want to segment.
2. Open the Smart List tab and click Create Smart List.
3. Add spend, chat, or subscription rules, preview the matching audience, and save.
4. In a Mass Message, select the saved list in the audience rules and verify the recipient count before launch.

OF lists

OF Lists are native OnlyFans lists that are synchronized with AgencyKey:

• Created directly on the OnlyFans platform
• Automatically synced with CRM
• Read-only in AgencyKey (manage on OnlyFans)
• Reflect real-time fan membership

Smart Lists

Smart Lists are dynamic segments created within AgencyKey:

• Created and managed in AgencyKey
• Automatic segmentation based on customizable rules
• Dynamic updates as fan data changes
• Fans move between segments automatically based on criteria

The page is organized into two tabs:

• Smart List — CRM smart lists with rule-based segmentation
• OF Lists — Native OnlyFans lists synced from the platform

Using lists in mass messages

Fan Lists integrate seamlessly with the Mass Messages feature:

• Lists are used for targeting mass message recipients
• Select lists in the “Send to” section when creating a mass message
• You can include specific lists to target
• You can also exclude lists to refine your audience

Access and availability

Viewing the page requires Fan Lists → View list. Creating, editing, copying, synchronizing, or deleting a Smart List requires Fan Lists → Edit, and creator scope determines which accounts you can select.
