Every trial link sits in one row, and its columns are grouped so you can read the whole story from left to right: how many fans a free trial pulled in, how far they went down the funnel, what money they produced, and how many of them went on to your other models.
Hover a column header to see the metric’s plain-English description and formula. Every metric below is documented right in the interface too.

The funnel

These columns tell you what share of fans kept going after claiming your free trial. Each step is a narrower group than the one before it. Every funnel cell shows two values:
  • the count of fans who reached that stage,
  • that count as a share of the trial’s subscribers.
When you have entered a Spend for the link, each funnel cell also shows the cost per fan at that stage.
Every funnel number is clickable. Click a cell — or the Details action — to open the trial’s Claimed Fans view, already filtered to that stage. See the Trial detail page.

Trend sparkline

The Dynamics column is already rendered in each row and shows daily subscribers and clicks over the last 30 days (subscribers in blue, clicks in grey). This fixed window is independent of the link-created Period filter. The column header has an All / Row scale toggle:
  • All — every sparkline uses the same scale, so heights are directly comparable between links.
  • Row — each sparkline scales to its own maximum, so the shape of the growth curve is easier to read.

Money columns

Read these in profit-and-loss order: revenue in, spend out, profit, return. Signed values are colour-coded — positive numbers are green, negative numbers are red.
Spend is something only you know, so you type it in yourself. If Spend is empty or zero, ROI cannot be calculated and the cell shows a dash. Fill in the Spend to unlock Profit, ROI, and the cost-per-fan figures across the funnel.
A free trial has no subscription price of its own, so all of a trial’s Revenue comes from what fans spend after they claim it — paid messages, tips, and later renewals.

Cross-model columns

Fans attributed to one model’s trial can later subscribe to your other models. These columns group that later activity with the trial’s attributed cohort. After them, two totals combine direct and cross activity into a single number per link:
Cross metrics count accessible models inside your own agency with synchronized data. They do not prove the trial caused every later subscription or purchase.
A trial with a weak direct Profit can still be a winner once cross activity is counted. Compare Profit and Total Profit before you decide a source isn’t worth it.

Summary row

The row pinned to the bottom follows the current filters:
  • Total clicks and fans
  • Total revenue and total spend
  • The overall ROI across the page
Read the summary with the current filters and pagination labels. Do not add row percentages to calculate an overall rate.
Attribution identifies the fan cohort, not the cause of every later purchase. Very recent Revenue, funnel, and cross-model values can lag until the next synchronization. Editing Source, List, or Spend does not reassign past claims.
