Collapse / expand

Click the arrow button or use keyboard shortcuts:
  • Mac: Command+B
  • Windows: Ctrl+B
In collapsed mode, only icons are shown. Scrolling works properly in collapsed mode, so you can navigate long lists even with the sidebar minimized. This setting is saved locally on your device.

Chatter mode

A simplified interface for chatters. Hides settings sections and shows only chats. Keyboard shortcuts:
  • Mac: Command+Shift+C
  • Windows: Ctrl+Shift+C
Only available when there are connected creator accounts. This setting is saved locally on your device. Menu items are displayed based on your access permissions.

Group filter

The group filter allows you to view creators by group. Click the filter icon next to the Creators section to open the group selector.
The group filter is automatically hidden if you only have access to one group.

Where groups come from

  • Root group is created automatically when a new owner registers (name = email prefix)
  • Subgroups are created manually in the Team Members section by users with appropriate permissions
Groups are managed in Employees → Team Members, not in the sidebar. The sidebar only displays a filter to select which group’s creators to show.

How creators appear in groups

Creators don’t belong to groups directly. The connection works through employees:
Creator → assigned to → Employee → belongs to → Group
When you select a group in the filter:
  • You see creators assigned to employees in that group
  • You also see creators assigned to employees in all subgroups

One creator in multiple groups

A creator can appear in multiple groups because different employees from different groups can be assigned to the same creator. Example:
  • Creator “Jessica” is assigned to Alice (Team A) and Bob (Team B)
  • When you filter by Team A, you see Jessica
  • When you filter by Team B, you also see Jessica
The number next to each group shows how many unique creators are accessible through that group and its subgroups.

Creator tabs

The Creators section displays tabs for each connected OnlyFans account. Click on a creator to open their chat.

Reordering creators

You can drag and drop creators to change their order in the list. Grab a creator and move it up or down. Dragging is restricted to vertical movement only, so you won’t accidentally shift items horizontally. Important: The order is saved locally on your device only. If you log in from another browser or device, you’ll see the default order.

Reordering tabs

Within each creator, you can also drag and drop tabs to reorder them. Tab order is saved locally.

Open tabs

Your open chat tabs are remembered for each creator. When you return, your tabs will be restored.
All sidebar personalization (collapsed state, chatter mode, creator order, tab order, and open tabs) is saved locally on your device. These settings don’t sync between browsers or devices.

Tab actions

  • Close tab: Command+W / Ctrl+W
  • Next tab: Command+Tab / Ctrl+Tab
  • Previous tab: Command+Shift+Tab / Ctrl+Shift+Tab
  • Reopen closed: Command+Shift+T / Ctrl+Shift+T

Support

The Support item at the bottom of the sidebar menu opens the AgencyKey Telegram support bot for quick help.

Open in desktop app

The Open in Desktop App button is located in the top header bar (next to the theme and language switches). It is only visible in the web version — if you are already using the desktop app, the button is hidden. Clicking it attempts to open your current session in the desktop application. If the app is not installed, a download prompt will appear. If you don’t see a menu item, you don’t have access to that section. Contact your administrator to request permissions.
