Registration differs for an agency Owner and an invited team member. Use an email address you control and create a separate AgencyKey login for each person. Create an AgencyKey account, or sign in if you already have one.
Use the language control on the registration or sign-in screen to choose English, Russian, Spanish, or German before you enter the workspace. AgencyKey also uses the active language for account emails and to display the required onboarding survey.

Creating your account

Step 1: Choose your role

Open the AgencyKey registration page. You’ll see two options:
  • Create a new agency — Choose this if you’re an agency owner setting up a new workspace for your team.
  • Join a team — Choose this if you’ve received an invite code from an existing agency and want to join as a team member (manager or chatter).
If you arrived via an invite link, the “Join a team” option will be pre-selected automatically.

Step 2: Complete the correct form

For a new agency, enter your email, password, password confirmation, accept the terms, and complete the captcha. For an invited member:
  1. Open the invitation link, or choose Join a team and enter the 6-digit invitation code.
  2. Create and confirm your password, then accept the terms.
  3. Continue with the email already attached to the invitation. You do not need to type it again.
Passwords must contain at least 8 characters, including an uppercase letter, a lowercase letter, and a number.
An invitation can become unavailable after it expires, is revoked, or is used. Use it promptly. If it is rejected, ask the agency Owner or administrator to cancel the old invitation and send a new one.

Email verification

After creating a new agency, the Owner verifies the registration email. Invited members use the verified invitation instead.

Step 3: Check your inbox

Open your inbox and find the AgencyKey message containing an 8-character verification code.

Step 4: Enter the verification code

Enter the 8-character code and click Verify email. Use the most recent code: requesting another code replaces the previous one. Follow the expiry stated in the email and request a new code if it is no longer accepted. Invited members have already proved control of the invitation email and do not complete this separate email-verification step.

Signing in

  1. Open the AgencyKey sign-in page in your browser or use the desktop app.
  2. Enter your own AgencyKey email and password, then click Sign in.
  3. If two-factor authentication is enabled, choose an available method and enter the authenticator code, newest email code, or one unused recovery code.
  4. Open the account menu under your avatar and confirm the email, group, and roles belong to the intended agency. Use My access and the Sidebar to verify the available sections and actions.
Use Forgot password? if you cannot remember the password. If AgencyKey reports an invalid email or password, check both fields instead of creating another account. See Password Recovery for the complete reset flow.

First sign-in and time zone

If your profile does not yet have a time zone, AgencyKey opens a required time-zone dialog. Confirm the detected zone or choose another one, then click Continue. This setting follows your CRM account across devices.

Required onboarding survey

After the time zone is set, AgencyKey may open a required onboarding survey. The first step shows the survey name and why the answers are requested. Complete the required fields in each section, use Continue between sections, and select Submit answers on the final step. The workspace remains blocked until the required survey is submitted. If the survey asks for your preferred communication language, choose English, Russian, Spanish, German, French, Turkish, Italian, or Ukrainian. English, Russian, Spanish, and German also switch the AgencyKey interface immediately. For the other four options, AgencyKey keeps the current interface language but saves your communication preference for the team. This answer starts with your current interface language and remains separate from later interface-language changes. For a Telegram contact answer, the username itself must be 4–32 characters, begin with a Latin letter, and contain only Latin letters, numbers, or underscores. The leading @ is optional, so both @test and test are accepted. You can enter a phone number instead: use 7–15 digits with the country code and an optional leading +.

Registration troubleshooting

Didn’t receive the verification code?
  • Check your spam or junk folder
  • Click “Didn’t receive the code? Resend” to request a new code
  • Verify that you entered the correct email address
Captcha was closed, expired, or stopped responding?
  • Submit the form again to restart verification. Closing it or letting it expire means sign-in or registration was not completed.
  • Finish the current sign-in, registration, or 2FA attempt before starting another one. While one attempt is active, AgencyKey blocks duplicate submissions and switching to another sign-in flow.

Already have an account?
