Creating your account
Step 1: Choose your role
Navigate to the registration page. You’ll see two options:- Create a new agency — Choose this if you’re an agency owner setting up a new workspace for your team.
- Join a team — Choose this if you’ve received an invite code from an existing agency and want to join as a team member (manager or chatter).
If you arrived via an invite link, the “Join a team” option will be pre-selected automatically.
Step 2: Fill in your details
After choosing your role, complete the registration form:- Invite code (team members only) — If you selected “Join a team”, enter the 6-digit invite code you received. This field is pre-filled if you arrived via an invite link.
- Email — Enter your email address. This will be your login and where you’ll receive important notifications.
- Password — Create a secure password with minimum 8 characters, including at least one uppercase letter, one lowercase letter, and one number.
- Confirm Password — Re-enter your password to confirm it matches.
Email verification
After submitting the registration form, you’ll need to verify your email address.Step 3: Check your inbox
Open your email inbox and look for a message from AgencyKey containing an 8-digit verification code.Step 4: Enter the verification code
Enter the 8-digit code in the verification form and click “Verify email”. Once verified, you’ll be automatically redirected to the application.Troubleshooting
Didn’t receive the verification code?- Check your spam or junk folder
- Click “Didn’t receive the code? Resend” to request a new code
- Verify that you entered the correct email address
