AgencyKey brings OnlyFans conversations, fan context, translations, templates, and workflow tools into one desktop workspace. Actions such as sending, muting, restricting, or deleting still apply to the currently selected OnlyFans model.

Before you start

To use the full chat workspace:
  1. Open the AgencyKey desktop app.
  2. Select a connected model in the left sidebar.
  3. Make sure that model’s OnlyFans session is active.
  4. Make sure your role has access to the model and the actions you need.
If a model’s session has expired, users who can manage that creator account can click Reconnect. Otherwise, ask someone with account-management access to reconnect it.
Always check the selected model before you send or manage a conversation. Chat tabs, drafts, notifications, the OnlyFans queue, and account actions belong to that model.
Each model keeps its own OnlyFans workspace and tabs. AgencyKey also keeps the desktop workspace separate for each signed-in AgencyKey account, so switching a model or operator restores that account’s own state.

What you can do

  • Browse, search, filter, pin, mute, and organize chats
  • Send text, media, GIFs, audio, replies, and paid content (PPV)
  • Delay an AgencyKey message or add a message to the OnlyFans Scheduled Messages queue
  • Insert saved Scripts and work through Flows
  • Translate chat messages and text before sending
  • View fan profile, subscription, spending, lists, and notes
  • Generate a Chat Summary for the current model’s conversation
  • Generate AI Recon from eligible shared conversations
  • Review OnlyFans notifications and reply without leaving the panel

Notifications

The bell in the model workspace opens that model’s OnlyFans notifications in a movable panel. Depending on your permissions, you can:
  • switch notification categories and change their order;
  • refresh the list or mark the active category as read;
  • see quick fan statistics;
  • add the fan to a list;
  • write a quick reply or open the chat in a background tab.
Opening the panel does not mark notifications as read automatically.

Access and missing controls

The interface hides actions your role cannot use. Permissions are separate for viewing chats, sending regular or paid messages, delayed and scheduled messages, translations, notes, AI tools, lists, notifications, and account actions. If a button or tab described in this documentation is missing, first check that you selected the correct model. Then ask the Owner or someone who can manage roles and creator access to review your setup.
