Chat list indicators
Each chat in the list shows helpful information:| Indicator | Meaning |

| Green dot | Fan is currently online |
| Blue badge | Number of unread messages |
| Muted icon | Notifications disabled for this chat |
| Media icon | Last message contains media |
| Megaphone icon | Message was sent via mass mailing |
| Star icon | Fan is a creator (has their own OnlyFans page) |
| List icons | Shows which custom lists include this fan |
Access
What you can see and do in chats depends on your permissions. Common permissions include:- View chats — See the chat list and read messages
- Send messages — Write and send messages to fans
- View/Edit notes — See or modify fan notes
- Translate messages — Use the translation feature
- Block/Restrict users — Manage fan access
