Limits

To ensure deliverability and comply with platform guidelines:
  • Maximum 5,000 fans per priority message campaign
  • Up to 700 messages per hour per model account

Sending speed

Each model account has a default sending speed (up to 700 messages per hour). You can configure it in the account settings. When creating a campaign, you can override the account default with a custom sending speed for that specific campaign. This is useful when you want to send a particular campaign slower (e.g., to appear more natural) or use the full speed. The estimated delivery time is shown based on the selected speed and audience size (e.g., “1000 messages -> ~1.4 hours”). Plan your campaigns accordingly to stay within these limits and maintain optimal delivery rates.
