Improvement2026.7.30
A Dashboard built around your work
The Dashboard now keeps the layout you choose and brings agency health, revenue, subscriptions, and personal results into focused cards.- Saved Dashboard layout
- Hide or restore cards
- Revenue and subscription snapshots
- Agency status at a glance
- Personal performance results
- Direct analytics links
- Safer message attribution
New
- Revenue at a glance — see gross and net revenue for today and the last seven days, then open Revenue Analytics for a closer look.
- Accounts, Team Members, and Proxies — dedicated cards surface connection issues, team size, and proxy status, with shortcuts to the relevant sections when you have access.
- Subscriptions — follow seven days of subscription activity, including promo and trial subscriptions, in a compact chart.
- My Results — see today’s sales, fans reached, PPV results, and the comparison with yesterday, then continue in Employee Analytics with the same context.
Improved
- Make the layout yours — move and resize cards, hide the ones you do not need, add them back later, or reset the Dashboard to its default layout.
- Your choices stay saved — rapid layout changes are saved in order, and the last confirmed layout is restored if saving fails.
- Reports stay aligned — Revenue, Subscriptions, and My Results follow the agency Reports calendar and refresh when its day or time zone changes.
Fixed
- Messages sent from another Account no longer appear as if they were sent from the Account you are viewing
- Smart List synchronization status refreshes correctly after the connection returns
Improvement2026.7.29
Your Accounts in one clear summary
Fan Lists now has a cross-Account summary, and the existing Message Campaigns overview uses the same clearer table pattern.- Fan Lists Account summary
- Clearer campaign overview
- Current mailing results
- Search and sortable columns
- Direct Account drill-down
- Manual update recovery
- Split Inbox refinements
New
- Fan Lists across Accounts — review each Account’s total lists and current synchronization count before opening its full list view.
Improved
- Message Campaigns across Accounts — the existing summary is easier to scan, search, and navigate, with explanatory metric tips and a direct path into the selected Account.
- Choose the period you need — compare Message Campaigns for Today, 7 days, 30 days, or All time, then search, sort, and open the selected Account directly.
- Results use recorded sends — sent, purchased, revenue, errors, and latest activity follow the selected period, while scheduled and sending figures show the current queue.
- More complete Split Inbox setup — selected inboxes can once again be used as a source when filling a new inbox, and the active inbox filter applies consistently across chat lists.
Fixed
- Desktop updates use a more reliable full download, and the forced-update screen offers a manual download when automatic updating cannot finish
Feature2026.7.28
Personal keys for Public API
Create and manage your own Public API keys from Integrations, with a secret shown only when you create or regenerate a key.- Personal API keys
- One-time secret display
- Optional expiration dates
- Regenerate or revoke keys
- Separate access permissions
- Dedicated Integrations tab
How it works
Open Integrations → Public API to issue a key and optionally choose an expiration date. Copy the secret from the confirmation step: after you close it, the key list keeps only a masked version. The same page shows your keys and their current status. From there, you can regenerate a key to replace its secret, revoke it, or remove it when it is no longer needed. Regenerating a revoked key makes it active again.Key details
- Personal ownership — the list and every action are limited to keys issued by the signed-in user
- Secret shown once — a new plaintext secret appears only after creating or regenerating a key
- Flexible lifetime — an expiration date is optional and can be changed when the key is regenerated
- Separate permissions — viewing keys and managing them are controlled independently through Roles & Permissions
- Independent integrations — Public API and AI Assistants have separate access, so each tab appears only when it is available to you
Feature2026.7.24
Share marketing reports with a link
Build a focused report from Tracking and Trial sources, then send a link that opens without an AgencyKey account.- Reports shared by link
- No recipient account needed
- Selected marketing sources
- Configurable visible metrics
- CSV and XLSX exports
- Replace or revoke links
- No fan-level details
How it works
Open Shared reports, or start from a Tracking or Trial source. Choose one Account, select the sources and metrics to include, set an expiration date, and check the preview before creating the link. The recipient sees the aggregated report without signing in to AgencyKey. They can search, filter, sort, print, or export the visible data, while the underlying fan-level information stays out of the report.Key details
- Available metrics — choose from conversions, clicks, gross amount, cost, profit, and ROI
- One Account per report — Tracking and Trial sources in the same report belong to one selected Account
- Link control — edit, duplicate, replace, renew, revoke, or delete a report when your permissions allow it
- Freshness is visible — the report keeps the last valid snapshot and shows when its data was calculated
- Public view only — recipients can read and export the report, but cannot change its setup or open AgencyKey data outside it
Improvement2026.7.21
Faster chat work, safer sending
Messages are easier to scan and navigate, with interactive PPV context and stronger protection against sending into the wrong conversation.- Redesigned Messages workspace
- Interactive PPV insights
- Safer delayed messages
- Reliable Script insertion
- Clearer chat search
- More compact tables
- Correct analytics averages
New
- Last ten PPV messages — hover the compact chart in a chat row to see PPV results, or open that chat directly in PPV Insights with a click or keyboard.
- Refreshed Messages workspace — the chat list, conversation, composer, filters, and Insights panel now share a cleaner layout in light and dark themes.
Improved
- Delayed messages stay with their fan — scheduling is tied to the exact Account and conversation, parallel creation is blocked, and a failed attempt restores the draft.
- Scripts do not overwrite newer work — a late insertion result is ignored after you switch chat, switch Account, send, clear, or start a newer Script action.
- Search is easier to follow — chat results keep a clear loading state, unavailable conversations remain readable, and estimated counts are marked as estimates.
- Tables use space better — denser rows, consistent sizing, and clearer pinned columns make large lists easier to scan.
Fixed
- Subscription averages now use the correct values for daily, weekly, and monthly Analytics intervals
Feature2026.7.20
Split Inbox: focused queues for every chatter
Divide the shared chat list into clear work queues, move fans between them, and let each chatter focus on the conversations assigned to their inboxes.- Up to ten inboxes
- One inbox per fan
- Longest-waiting chats first
- Single and bulk moves
- Smart List distribution
- Live team updates
How it works
People with management access can create, rename, reorder, and close inboxes. Each fan can belong to one inbox, and chatters can select one inbox, several, or All inboxes from the Chats page.Start with the right audience
A new inbox can start empty, take a one-time snapshot from an enabled Smart List, or receive fans balanced evenly from selected existing inboxes. Managers can then move one fan from the row menu or select many fans and move them together.Put waiting fans first
Longest waiting brings unanswered conversations with the oldest incoming message to the top. Spend is used only as a tie-breaker, so the queue stays focused on response time rather than fan value alone.Key details
- Limit — an agency can have up to 10 inboxes, and at least one inbox must remain
- Smart Lists — filling from a Smart List is a one-time snapshot, not a live sync, with a limit of 50,000 fans
- Permissions — chatters can work with the inboxes they can see; creating inboxes and moving fans require management access
- Live updates — names, order, unread counts, and fan moves refresh for the team without reloading the page
- Safe setup — if the agency has no inboxes yet, the regular Chats workflow stays unchanged
Feature2026.7.20
One reporting calendar for the whole agency
Choose one Reports time zone and week start for the agency, so everyone reads the same dates, totals, charts, and exports.- One report time zone
- Flexible week starts
- Matching charts and exports
- Personal time stays separate
- Every report aligned
How it works
People with permission can open Report Settings, choose the agency’s Reports time zone, and start the reporting week on Monday, Sunday, or Saturday. A confirmation step makes it clear that changing the time zone affects the whole team.Dashboard, Shift History, Tracking Links, Trial Links, and Creator and Employee Analytics now calculate their periods in that shared calendar. Date presets, trend buckets, chart labels, tooltips, and exported dates follow the same setting.Key details
- Agency-wide setting — every employee sees report periods through the same time zone and week start
- Personal time stays personal — the separate My time zone setting still controls chats and personal dates
- Consistent exports — downloaded report dates match the report currently shown on screen
- Clear access — employees can read the active report calendar; changing it remains permission-controlled
Improvement2026.7.19
More context in every chat, with safer daily work
Chat rows now answer more questions before you open them, while sending, translation, Scripts, notifications, and the Media Gallery are more reliable.- Richer chat rows
- In-order message sending
- Save messages to Scripts
- Search every script category
- Fan badges in notifications
- Safer translated text
- Smoother Media Gallery
New
- More fan context in the list — hover a chat to see total spend, average purchase, paid PPV rate, PPV and tip spend, and the latest purchase. Subscription duration and expiry states are clearer too.
- Quick fan actions — click the avatar to open the native OnlyFans fan card, or copy the fan’s username or profile link from the row menu.
- Save to Scripts — turn an outgoing chat message into a Script from its menu; supported text, Vault media, preview state, and price are carried into the editor.
- AI Recon at the right moment — eligible zero-spend chats can show a compact shortcut to generate and open AI Recon, with an option to hide it.
- Read notifications on open — an optional per-Account setting marks the active notification category as read when you open it. Manual mode remains the default.
Improved
- Messages stay with their chat — sending bubbles survive chat switches, keep their failed state, and background sends run in click order.
- Translation keeps the message intact — inserting translated text preserves emoji and line breaks, and Send original now clearly sends the untranslated text.
- Search across Scripts — search looks through every category; clearing the query returns you to the category you had selected.
- Notifications show fan badges — subscription, spend, and PPV context now appears directly in notification rows.
- Dates scan faster — recent messages use time, Yesterday, weekday, or a short date, with the exact local date and time on hover.
Fixed
- The Gallery and Vault picker scroll and continue loading on Windows scaling and zoom levels where the media grid could previously get stuck
Improvement2026.7.18
Scripts no longer freeze after switching Accounts
Switching the selected Account on Scripts and Scenarios, or opening Scripts from a chat, works normally again instead of freezing the app.- Scripts no longer freeze
- Account switching restored
- Chat shortcuts restored
Fixed
- Switch Accounts safely — changing the Account no longer starts an endless screen update
- Open from a chat — the Scripts shortcut in chat now opens the correct Account without locking the app
Improvement2026.7.15
Clearer campaigns and safer Scripts and Scenarios
Message Campaigns show their audience and result more clearly, while the Scripts and Scenarios workspace protects drafts and stays in sync with the selected Account.- Full campaign details
- Estimated mailing audience
- Safer Scripts editing
- Stable sync counts
- Scrollable translation panel
New
- Audience at a glance — the new Audience column shows an approximate recipient count, the number of regular and Smart Lists involved, and a breakdown of include and exclude conditions.
- Complete campaign details — open the existing details view directly from a campaign row, with clearer actions and launch validation.
- Scripts and Scenarios workspace — loading, retry, empty, and no-results states now behave consistently across the CRM library and OnlyFans panels.
Improved
- Results are easier to read — delivery progress, outcome, and conversion are combined into a clearer Result column, and active filters use readable names.
- Drafts are protected — editors warn about unsaved changes, prevent stale Account or tag results from replacing the current view, and refresh related lists after saving.
- Flexible scenario editing — reorder steps and reply variants with a pointer or keyboard, with clear limits of 50 steps and 10 variants per step.
- Honest Smart List counts — the last confirmed exported count stays visible while a new sync runs, with live progress shown separately.
- Long translations stay usable — translated text scrolls inside its panel so the insert and send actions remain on screen.
Feature2026.7.13
Billing data is now available in the CRM
Open Billing to see the agency balance, creator subscriptions, transaction history, payment issues, and the models earning the most.- Agency balance at a glance
- Creator subscriptions
- Transaction history
- Blocked-account warnings
- Manual data refresh
- Clearer mailing builder
How it works
Overview brings together the agency balance, upcoming charges, recent transactions, subscription counts, and the top five models by net earnings over the last 30 days. Subscriptions and History have their own pagination, sorting, and filters so you can inspect the full data set rather than a short sample.Subscription badges also appear in Accounts. People with Billing access can open the section from a badge; everyone else gets a clear access hint. Use Refresh whenever you need to request the latest Billing data.Key details
- What launched — the Billing dashboard and its current subscription and transaction data
- Blocked models — payment issues and blocked subscriptions are called out separately
- Top earners — Overview shows the five models with the highest net earnings over the last 30 days
- Payments — the page includes crypto top-up details and a route to support-assisted payment
- Billing visibility — this release brings account and transaction data into the CRM; payments follow the top-up and support options shown on the page
Also improved
- The Mass Messages builder puts available message types first and uses clearer sections for audience, rules, schedule, sending speed, and stop limits
- Closing the last desktop window now exits the app normally, so the next launch opens cleanly
Feature2026.7.11
Notification sounds you control
Pick which events make a sound, choose the sound for each one, and set a separate notification volume without changing the rest of your computer.- Sound per event
- Separate volume control
- Six built-in sounds
- Automatic network checks
- Passwordless sign-in restored
- Media previews restored
How it works
Open Settings → Notifications to use the master switch, choose one of four volume levels, and configure messages, tips, PPV purchases, and new subscribers separately. Six built-in sounds can be previewed before you save, and the test action plays the current setup. When the desktop window is out of focus, important events can also request attention through the Dock or taskbar. Your choices are saved to your account; if saving fails, the previous working setup stays in place.Key details
- Independent controls — each supported event can be muted or assigned its own sound
- Account settings — the selected sounds, volume, and master switch return with your saved preferences
- Safe preview — testing a sound does not change the saved setup until you confirm it
Also improved
- Network Settings checks the active connection when the dialog opens and explains unavailable choices and failed switches more clearly
- OnlyFans Accounts that use passwordless access can reach the regular sign-in form inside the desktop app again
Fixed
- Media previews load again across Vault, Mass Messages, and media details after a broken address caused empty or missing thumbnails
Improvement2026.7.8
Live Smart List progress and a more useful chat workspace
Smart List sync is visible while it runs, and everyday filters, panels, translations, notifications, and uploads take less effort to manage.- Tracking source filter
- Live Smart List sync
- Priority limit corrected
- Resizable Insights panel
- Capitalization-aware translations
- Creator notification counters
- More reliable sending
New
- Live Smart List sync — CRM tables and the OnlyFans list picker show live progress while a sync runs and its resulting status when the run finishes.
- Tracking source filter — filter Tracking Links by one source or No source; the table and summary follow the same selection.
- Preserve capitalization — an optional per-Account translation setting follows the original message’s sentence capitalization.
- Separate notification counts — Account avatars can show OnlyFans notification counts alongside unread messages, even before that Account’s OnlyFans window is opened.
Improved
- Priority Messages use the real limit — recipient and maximum-message controls consistently allow up to 50,000.
- Resizable Insights — drag the right panel between 220 and 420 pixels, double-click to reset it, or resize by keyboard; width is remembered per Account.
- Chat previews match OnlyFans more closely — media-only messages, direction, availability, mute state, and unanswered counts are easier to trust.
Fixed
- Cancelled or interrupted Vault uploads no longer leave the picker waiting forever, and healthy files in a mixed batch can continue
Improvement2026.7.6
Full Shift History exports and safer messaging
Export the whole shift history, understand Mass Message results faster, and work with attachments and Smart Lists more safely.- Complete Shift History exports
- Clearer campaign results
- New Smart List filters
- Editable audio details
- Safer message attachments
- Faster sign-in
- Neutral fan status
New
- Complete Shift History export — XLSX export runs in the background and includes the full filtered history, not only the 50 rows currently visible.
- More Smart List filters — Max spent per Account and Source link are now available as criteria.
- Audio details in Vault — OnlyFans audio can use the same description and hashtag editor as photos, videos, and GIFs.
Improved
- Mass Messages are easier to read — Sent and Deletion are separate, audience-at-send and progress are clearer, and campaign deletion is distinct from removing messages from fan chats.
- Shift data is easier to trust — sorting applies to the full history, source or truncation warnings are visible, and reassignment reports what landed inside and outside a shift.
- Sign-in opens faster — the web sign-in page now reaches its usable state much sooner on slower devices.
- Neutral wording — the Russian fan status previously labelled with slang now reads Не платит.
Fixed
- Sending no longer reports success on a timeout, clears a failed draft, or applies a compose result to the wrong request
- Drag and paste accept supported audio alongside photos and videos, while unsupported files explain the accepted formats
Feature2026.7.4
AgencyKey Proxy for safer Account sign-in
Connect or reconnect an OnlyFans Account through a managed AgencyKey Proxy, without exposing the chatter’s connection during sign-in.- Managed sign-in connection
- Custom proxy still available
- Clear connection errors
- Floating notifications panel
- Enter sends top script
- Clearer exclusion rules
How it works
Choose AgencyKey Proxy in Connect or Reconnect. The app reserves a managed connection for that sign-in window and returns it when login succeeds, is cancelled, or fails. Custom Proxy remains available when you need to provide your own connection.Empty capacity and rate limits now produce a clear error instead of leaving the sign-in flow hanging. The ordinary direct connection choice is no longer offered in this flow.Key details
- Sign-in scope — the managed proxy is reserved for the active connection window
- Automatic cleanup — the reservation is released after success, cancellation, or error
- Alternative — a custom proxy can still be entered manually
- No location selector yet — this release does not add country or region selection
Also improved
- Notifications open in a draggable, resizable floating panel; reading remains manual unless you use Mark all read
- Pressing Enter in Scripts search sends the current top result instead of a stale previous match
- Auto Messages explains what Exclude recent chats counts and lets regular and Priority Messages be included separately
- Analytics sorting, trend labels, date boundaries, and shared table layouts are more consistent and accurate
Feature2026.7.4
Bring your data in — and take it back out
Data Migration now covers CSV import and reliable export, with previews, validation, progress, and downloads that do not keep a large archive in memory.- CSV data import
- Four export types
- Row-level validation
- Progress you can follow
- Reliable large downloads
- Permission-aware access
How it works
Import Vault media, Scripts, or Fan Notes from a CSV file up to 10 MB. AgencyKey previews the file, flags problems by row, shows progress, and reports the final result before anything is left ambiguous.Export Vault media, Scripts, Flows, or Fan Notes from Data Migration. When preparation finishes, choose Download file and the desktop app streams the archive directly to the file you select, including very large exports.Key details
- Import scope — Vault media, Scripts, and Fan Notes; Fan Notes are tied to the selected Account
- Export scope — Vault media, Scripts, Flows, and Fan Notes
- Downloads — export files download only when you press Download file
- Access — available routes and data follow the employee’s existing permissions
Feature2026.7.0
Chat list 2.0 is now live
The redesigned chat list gives you clearer rows, bulk actions, story previews, smarter unanswered counts, and faster ways to move through daily conversations.- Redesigned chat rows
- Bulk chat actions
- Story previews
- Smarter unanswered counts
- Background-opening tabs
- One update prompt
- Resilient Vault uploads
How it works
Chat rows now use the new split layout with direct navigation and quick pin, mute, and answered actions. Delete one or several chats, open a fan’s story, add a fan to a list, sort newest or oldest, or mark the current list as read without opening every conversation.Story replies show their real preview and can open full screen. The Unanswered badge follows reachable live chats, so old phantom entries no longer keep the count inflated.Key details
- Bulk actions — select several chats and apply supported actions together
- Background tabs — new content tabs open without pulling you away from the current task; explicit + actions still open in front
- Smart List targeting — saved and off-page selections stay manageable, Smart-List-only campaigns can launch, and selection is capped at 20 lists
Also improved
- One update prompt — desktop updates download in the background and ask once when they are ready; choosing Later installs the update when the app exits
- Telegram after updates — after an update, a small window can open the localized AgencyKey Telegram channel or be dismissed for later
- Vault recovery — uploads pause and resume through gateway interruptions, isolate bad files, and warn about duplicates before upload
- Advanced Smart List time rules — older-than and between criteria support days, hours, and minutes with clearer previews and validation
Improvement2026.6.12
Translate note stays on for each Account
Turn on Translate note once for an Account and the choice remains after the OnlyFans window reloads or the app starts a new session.- Translate note remembered
- One choice per Account
- Persists after reload
Improved
- Set it once — the Notes translation choice is stored separately for each Account, so one model’s preference does not change another’s
- Survives reloads — reloading the embedded OnlyFans window no longer resets the switch
