See your money after commission, and a clearer Fans Reached

Flip one switch to read every money number after the OnlyFans 20% cut, and the reach column now says plainly what it counts.
  • After commission switch
  • Every amount net in one tap
  • Works in By Employees and By Creators
  • Exports match the switch
  • “Fans Reached” replaces “Unique Fans”
  • Honest per-operator overlap hint

New

  • After commission switch — a new After commission switch sits next to Trends on both the By Employees and By Creators reports. Turn it on and every money figure in the table drops the OnlyFans 20% cut, so what you see matches what actually lands. It flips instantly, with no reload, and stays off until you turn it on. Subscriptions are not included.

Improved

  • Net flows through everything — with the switch on, totals, averages, per-fan and per-message revenue, and the expanded breakdown rows all show net amounts, so the whole report reconciles with your OnlyFans payout at a glance.
  • Exports follow the switch — download while After commission is on and the money columns in your file come out net too, matching exactly what’s on screen.
  • “Fans Reached” is clearer — the column once called Unique Fans is now Fans Reached on both reports, with a plain tooltip: the number of different fans messaged in the period.
  • Honest overlap hint — on the By Creators report, when you open a model into its per-operator rows, a small info hint explains that one fan can be messaged by several operators, so the per-operator numbers can add up to more than the model’s own total.

Tabs now work like a browser — type or paste an address

Click any open tab to edit its address, press Enter to go there, or paste a link and it lands on the right tab on its own.
  • Click a tab to edit its address
  • Paste a link, it jumps for you
  • Two kinds of tabs
  • Copy the current address
  • Only OnlyFans and AgencyKey open
  • Desktop app only

How it works

Your tabs across the top of the window now behave like a browser. There are two kinds of tabs, each with its own row:
  • Model tabs — the built-in OnlyFans window for a model.
  • CRM tabs — regular AgencyKey pages like your Dashboard or Chats.

Edit a tab’s address

Click the tab you’re already on and its title turns into an editable address, with the current one selected and ready to copy or overwrite. Type or paste a new address and press Enter to open it in that same tab. Press Esc, or click away, to cancel. A model tab shows the clean OnlyFans link (any referral tag on the end is kept); a CRM tab shows the page it’s on.Paste a link and the app sends it to the tab it belongs on.A full copied web link to the app — like https://app.agencykey.com/... — works too; it opens the matching page inside the app.Paste an OnlyFans link on a CRM tab and the app opens it on the model side. If you have exactly one model open, it opens there right away. If you have several models open (or none), a small dropdown appears with a search box so you can pick which model to open it under.

Add a new tab

The + button opens a fresh tab — Chats for a model, your Dashboard for CRM — instead of copying the tab you’re on.

Key details

  • Permission — pasting an OnlyFans link needs OnlyFans access; opening an AgencyKey page still follows that page’s own access
  • Limits — up to 5 CRM tabs (the + hides once you reach it); there’s always at least one CRM tab open
  • Only OnlyFans and AgencyKey addresses open — any other website is turned away with a short note
  • Desktop app only — this works in the desktop app, not the web version

See how each mass message performed — right in the list

Three new columns on the Mass Messages list show what each send actually earned, how many fans bought, and how many messages were removed — so you can spot your best send without opening a single one.
  • Deleted, Purchased, and Earned columns
  • Conversion percent under each Purchased count
  • Sort to find the top performer
  • Numbers stay up to date on their own
  • Changed cells flash so you catch them
  • Info tip on every column header

New

  • Earned column — the money each send brought in from PPV unlocks, so you can rank sends by what they actually made.
  • Purchased column — how many fans unlocked the PPV, with the conversion percent right underneath — count and rate in one glance.
  • Deleted column — how many of a send’s messages were removed from fans’ chats, whether cleared on a timer or by hand.

Improved

  • Sort by any of the three — click a header to rank every send by Earned, Purchased, or Deleted; the first click puts the top performer up front, across the whole filtered list, not just the page you’re on.
  • Numbers stay current — the counts keep up as sales and deletions come in, and when the list refreshes, cells that changed flash for a moment so you notice what moved.
  • A tip on every header — hover a column header for a short note on exactly what it counts, so there’s no guessing what a number means.
  • Free sends read clean — a send with no price shows a dash for Purchased and Earned instead of a confusing zero.

Key details

  • Where — Automation > Message Campaigns (the Mass messages type), in the campaigns list
  • Permission — anyone who can open the Mass Messages list sees the columns; no extra role needed
  • Show or hide — turn any of the three columns on or off from the column menu; all three start on
  • Purchased and Earned — count PPV unlocks from the send only; tips and other chat purchases aren’t included

Tighter role safety and reliable scheduled messages

A steadier round of safety work — a scheduled message keeps its place even if the chat moves on, a view-only role can’t hand itself more power, and the support link in emails reaches the right place.
  • Scheduled messages keep their queued time
  • View-only roles stay view-only
  • Safer built-in OnlyFans window
  • Correct support link in emails

Improved

  • Scheduled messages hold their spot — a message you schedule in chat stays in Scheduled Messages with the time you picked, even if the fan writes back or you send something else. At that time AgencyKey attempts delivery; check the final status because connectivity, the creator session, or OnlyFans can still prevent sending.
  • View-only roles stay view-only — a role that can only view Roles and Permissions can’t grant itself the right to manage them, so nobody can quietly widen their own access.
  • Safer built-in OnlyFans window — the built-in OnlyFans window only opens genuine OnlyFans addresses and turns away anything else, keeping your session pointed where it belongs.

Fixed

  • The Telegram link in emails now opens the support bot instead of a dead end
Feature2026.6.10

Build your own Dashboard — drag, drop, resize

Arrange your Dashboard the way you work — drag each card where you want it, resize it, and it stays that way everywhere you sign in.
  • Drag cards anywhere
  • Resize from the corner
  • Saves on its own
  • Follows you to any computer
  • No setup, no Save button
  • Cards you can access only

How it works

Open Dashboard — the first page after you sign in. Every card on it is now yours to move and size. There’s no edit mode and no Save button: the page is live, and your changes stick automatically.

Move a card

Hover a card and a small grip appears in its top-left corner. Grab that grip and drag the card wherever you want it. The other cards slide out of the way to make room, so nothing ever overlaps.

Resize a card

Drag the bottom-right corner of any card to make it bigger or smaller. Each card has a sensible minimum size, so it never shrinks down to unreadable.

It saves itself

The moment you finish a drag or resize, your arrangement saves to your account. Reload the page, come back tomorrow, or sign in on another computer — your Dashboard comes back exactly as you left it. If a save ever can’t go through, the card snaps back to where it was and you see a short notice.

Which cards you see

Your Dashboard shows only the cards your access allows:Cards you can’t access simply don’t appear — no empty boxes, no errors.

Key details

  • Permission — everyone signed in; arranging your own Dashboard needs no special role
  • Which cards appear — follows your existing access; the Creators card needs access to models, Employees needs access to team members, Your Shifts needs access to shifts
  • Desktop only — the Dashboard grid is built for a wide window; there’s no separate phone layout
  • Private to you — your arrangement is yours alone and never changes anyone else’s Dashboard
Feature2026.6.10

Smart Lists 2.0 — one builder, cleaner table

Build any fan list from a single window, read your lists at a glance in a fresh table, and sync a list straight to OnlyFans.
  • One window for every list
  • All filters on one screen
  • Live count as you build
  • Cleaner list table
  • Sync a list to OnlyFans
  • Copy lists between models

How it works

Open Fan Lists, pick a model at the top, and stay on the Smart List tab. You now build and edit every list in one place, and the table shows more about each list without a click.

One builder for every list

Click Create (or the pencil to edit) and the Smart List Builder opens as a single screen — no more picking a list type first, no separate window per rule. Give the list a name, then switch on the filters you want. Everything lives on one plane under Who will be in the list, grouped into three sets:A fan joins the list when they match all the filters you turned on. Use Reset filters to start clean.

See the count before you save

As you set filters, a line at the bottom updates on its own: “In list X of Y · Won’t be in Z” — so you know exactly how many fans the list will hold before you save it. If a range reads backwards, you get a clear note (“«To» cannot be less than «From».”) and can fix it on the spot.

A table that says more at a glance

The list table is flat and easy to scan. Each row shows:

Sync a list to OnlyFans

Flip Sync to OF on a row to create a matching list on OnlyFans and keep its members in step as fans move in and out. Turn it off to freeze that OnlyFans list — it stays put, it just stops updating. When you delete a synced list, you choose what happens to the OnlyFans copy: delete it too, or keep it and stop syncing.

Copy lists between models

Use Copy to hand a model’s lists to one or more other models. Pick the source model, tick the lists you want, choose the target models, and confirm. Lists whose name already exists on a target are skipped, so you never overwrite what’s already there.

Key details

  • Permission — anyone who can view Fan Lists sees the table; creating, editing, deleting, copying, and Sync to OF need the role that can manage Fan Lists
  • Day filters — from 1 to 3650 days
  • List name — up to 255 characters, unique per model
  • Copy — adds only lists with a new name; existing lists are left untouched
  • On for everyone — Smart Lists 2.0 is live for all users
Feature2026.6.9
Create free-trial promo links and follow each one end to end — from first click to top-spending fan — with cost, profit, and ROI in a single table.
  • Free-trial links per model
  • Full funnel per link
  • Revenue, spend, profit, ROI
  • Stop a trial early
  • Show or hide expired links
  • Per-fan spending breakdown

How it works

Open Analytics → Trial Links, pick a model, and you get one table where every free-trial link sits next to what it earned. Nothing loads until you choose a model.Click Create Link and fill in the dialog:The account needs a paid subscription price set first — otherwise OnlyFans won’t let you create a free trial.

Follow the whole funnel

Each link shows the full journey and the money beside it:
  • Clicks → Subs → Paid Subs → engaged (1+ / 3+ messages) → spenders (\1+/1+ / \\500+) — every stage shows a count and its share, so you see where fans drop off
  • Revenue, Spend, Profit, ROI — type in what a promo cost you and the table works out profit and ROI on its own
  • Cross Subs and Cross Revenue — see how many trial fans went on to subscribe to your other models, and what that adds up to

Open the details

Click any link’s Details — or any funnel number — to open Claimed Fans: a timeline of subscribers and clicks over time, plus a per-fan table of paid messages, refunds, tips, and totals. Filter it by stage — Subscribers, Paid subscription, 1+ message, 3+ messages, \1+,1+, \\500+ — and export the fans to a spreadsheet.

Stop a trial early

Use the Stop action to end a trial before its duration or fan limit runs out. The link turns Expired but stays in the list with all its numbers intact — nothing is deleted. Flip Show Expired on to review past links, or off to focus on active ones. To remove a link for good, use Delete instead.

Find and filter

Search by name, narrow to a date range, and hide or show whichever filters you use. The bottom row totals up the whole page — clicks, fans, revenue, spend, and ROI — and you can export the table to a spreadsheet anytime.

Key details

  • Where — Analytics → Trial Links
  • Permission — the section opens for roles with the Trial Links View list right (Managers and above by default); editing Spend, source, and list needs the separate Manage cost right
  • What you see — links follow your model access, so you only see the models you’re allowed to work with
  • Limits — trial name up to 100 characters; link expiry up to 30 days; spreadsheet export up to 10,000 rows
Improvement2026.6.8

Login stability, timezone grouping, and refinements

An OnlyFans login fix, a tidier timezone picker, support links as a QR-code modal, Tracking Links table polish, and a few more small wins.
  • OnlyFans login stability
  • Timezone picker by UTC offset
  • QR-code support links
  • Tracking Links table refinements
  • Proxy form accepts bare hostname
  • Tips in Employees report

Improved

  • Timezone picker by UTC offset — when you pick a timezone in your profile, the dropdown is grouped by UTC offset, so cities in the same offset sit together and the right one is easier to spot.
  • Support links open in a QR-code modal — clicking Support anywhere in the CRM opens a modal with a QR code and a direct link — finish the handover on your phone without re-typing anything.
  • Tracking Links table refinements — switching the model shows a clear loader, and deleting a campaign in one section leaves adjacent sections untouched.
  • Tips in Employees report — the Tips column in the Employees report sums tips tied to specific sales, so the numbers match what you see in chat.

New

  • System Admin can delete OnlyFans accounts — a dedicated permission lets a System Admin remove an OnlyFans account end-to-end.

Fixed

  • OnlyFans login retries reliably with a direct fallback when the proxy stumbles
  • Proxy Host field accepts a bare hostname (no http:// prefix needed); Host label corrected
  • Marking a chat as read works for roles without the bulk “mark all as read” permission
Feature2026.6.6

Choose what each model shares for AI Recon and stats

Decide how much fan data each model contributes to AI Recon and combined fan statistics — per model, in bulk, or as one default for the whole agency.
  • Per-model sharing levels
  • Three levels: off, agency, whole CRM
  • Bulk apply across selected models
  • One default for new models
  • Source model and agency stay hidden
  • Change anytime, applies right away

How it works

Open Accounts. The table now has two sharing columns — AI Recon Sharing and Platform Stats Sharing — and a Sharing settings button in the toolbar. Each model carries its own level for both, and you can set them three ways.

The three sharing levels

The two fields are independent — changing AI Recon Sharing never touches Platform Stats Sharing. Sharing is mutual: a model only receives data at the level it shares at. The source model and agency are not shown; AI Recon can still summarize personal details the fan stated, so treat the result as sensitive.

What each field controls

  • AI Recon — combines a fan’s chats across different models into one profile: interests, spending, behavior. No attribution to specific models.
  • Platform Stats — shares a fan’s anonymized signals — spending, purchases, favorite content, topics and tone — for combined statistics across models.

Set the level per model

Each model’s AI Recon Sharing and Platform Stats Sharing columns show a colored chip — green for Entire CRM, amber for Within agency, red for Don’t share. Click a chip to pick a new level. A small dot marks models that have their own level set; pick Reset to agency default to clear it and go back to following the agency setting.

Apply to many models at once

Select rows with the checkboxes, and a bar appears at the bottom with AI Recon sharing and Stats sharing dropdowns. Pick a level and confirm to apply it to every selected model in one step.

Set the default for the whole agency

Click Sharing settings in the toolbar to open Sharing defaults. Set a level for AI Recon and Platform Stats that new models inherit automatically. You can also apply the default to existing models that don’t have their own level set.

Inside OnlyFans chats

The level you set drives the features in the chat panel. When a model’s AI Recon Sharing is Don’t share, AI Recon is turned off for that model, with a note and a shortcut back to its settings. When Platform Stats Sharing is Don’t share, the platform-stats panel is hidden behind a banner. At Within agency the panels show your own agency only; at Entire CRM they show the full platform view.

Key details

  • Permission — managing sharing levels needs the Manage sharing settings right; the Sharing settings button and the agency-wide default show for roles that manage the whole agency
  • Viewing — chatters with access to AI Recon and platform stats see and use each model at its current level, but can’t change it
  • Limits — bulk update covers up to 500 models at a time
  • Takes effect right away — a new level applies immediately; existing AI Recon reports aren’t lost and pick up the new level the next time they’re generated
Feature2026.6.6

See how fast each team member replies

A new Response time column on Analytics → By Employees shows how quickly each chatter answers fans — click it for a plain-language breakdown by speed, hour, and model.
  • Response time column per employee
  • Usual reply at a glance
  • Fast / Slow status in words
  • Speed breakdown by share
  • Reply speed by hour
  • Per-model speed comparison

How it works

Open Analytics → By Employees. A new Response time column shows each chatter’s usual reply time. Click a value to open the full breakdown.

The Response time column

  • Each employee row shows their usual reply time — the middle of all their replies, so half are faster and half are slower.
  • The value is a link. Click it to open the detail view for that chatter. Expand a row and click a single model to scope the view to just that model.
  • The Total and Average rows show a dash, because a usual reply time can’t be added up across people.
  • A chatter with no replies in the selected period shows a plain dash.
  • The column is included in both CSV exports (Summary and Detailed).

The detail view

Click a Response time value to open a breakdown for that chatter. It always follows the period and model filters you set on the table.Headline — a colored word badge (Fast, OK, Slow, or Very slow) next to a plain sentence like “Usually Anna replies in 45s”, so you read the verdict before any chart.Five cards:Response time distribution — a single bar split by share of replies across five speed bands: under 30s, 30–60s, 1–2 min, 2–5 min, and over 5 min. A line above it reads, for example, “80% of replies are faster than 2 minutes”. Tiny shares read “<1%” instead of a misleading “0%”.Reply speed by hour — a 24-hour grid colored by how fast the chatter answers at each hour, with a calm single-color scale and coral for “over 5 minutes”. Below it, a strip shows how many replies happened each hour, so you can see when they were busiest. A note calls out the fastest and slowest hours when there’s a real difference.By model — when a chatter worked with more than one model, a table compares their usual reply time per model. A model where they’re slow is flagged in coral.

Key details

  • Permission — Analytics → Employees → View list. You see your own data by default; managers see their team’s.
  • Period — pick any range up to 90 days in the table filters.
  • Few replies — hours and models with fewer than 5 replies are marked as low data and don’t drive the fastest/slowest call-outs.
  • Top models — the per-model table shows up to 50 models by messages sent.
Feature2026.6.6

Automatic messages that fire on a trigger

Set up a message once and let it send itself whenever a fan does something — subscribes, resubscribes, buys a PPV, or comes online.
  • Send on subscribe, resubscribe, or purchase
  • Greet fans the moment they come online
  • Send once or every time
  • Cooldown to avoid over-messaging
  • Skip fans you chatted with recently
  • Smart-list targeting

How it works

Navigate to Automation > Auto Messages, pick a model, and click New Message. The picker now has two groups: Mass messages for a one-time send, and Automated messages for a message that fires on a trigger. Pick an automated card to open the editor with a new Rules section.

Pick a trigger

Each automated message reacts to one fan event:

Set the rules

In the Rules section you choose:
  • Action — send the message immediately, or after a delay (from–to minutes)
  • Frequency — send only once when the fan matches, or every time
  • Trigger pause — when you send every time, turn this on to wait a set number of hours before the same campaign can message that fan again
If several automated messages share the same trigger, one is picked at random.

Skip recent chats

In the Exclude column of Send To, turn on Exclude recent chats and set a period in minutes. Fans with a chat inside that window are skipped when the audience is evaluated, reducing the risk of interrupting a live conversation.

Track it

On the Auto Messages table, a Type column shows whether each campaign is a regular Mass Message or which trigger it runs on. Hover the status to see why a campaign finished.

Key details

  • Permission — available to roles that can create Auto Messages
  • Trigger pause — 1 to 8760 hours (default 24); shown only for “send every time”
  • Exclude recent chats — 1 to 1440 minutes (default 15)
  • Editing — once a campaign is launched, only its name and note can be changed
Improvement2026.6.5

Camera and mic now work inside the OnlyFans window

You can go live, pass OnlyFans identity verification, and send video in chat right inside the built-in OnlyFans window — your camera and microphone are now used correctly.
  • Go live from the desktop app
  • Identity verification with camera
  • Video and voice in chat
  • One-time camera and mic prompt
  • Works only in the desktop app
  • Camera stays scoped to OnlyFans

Improved

  • Camera and microphone in the OnlyFans window — when OnlyFans asks for your camera or mic to go live, verify your identity, or send video in chat, the built-in OnlyFans window hands them over correctly. The first time, your computer shows a one-time camera prompt and a one-time microphone prompt — allow them once and it stays quiet after that.
  • Identity verification on connect and reconnect — if OnlyFans asks you to verify your identity while you connect or reconnect an account, the camera works inside that window too, so you can finish the step in one go.
  • Camera stays where it belongs — your camera is only available to OnlyFans inside its own window. The rest of the CRM, including the built-in AI assistant, cannot reach the camera — the AI assistant uses the microphone only, for voice.

Key details

  • Desktop app only — the built-in OnlyFans window, going live, and video in chat all need the desktop app. The web version shows a “Desktop App Required” notice instead.
  • First-time access — on first use your computer asks once for camera and microphone access. You can change this later in your computer’s privacy settings.
  • Permission — no special role needed. Anyone who can open the OnlyFans window in the desktop app can use the camera and mic there.
Improvement2026.6.4

Finer control over who can do what

Roles now break down into far more precise switches, so you can hand out exactly the access a teammate needs — and nothing more.
  • Separate switches for Collections
  • Queue split by event type
  • Per-page Settings groups
  • Delayed messages on its own
  • Allow one action, hide the next
  • Cleaner, clearer permission names

New

  • Collections split into separate switches — under Collections you now control User Lists, Bookmarks, Post Labels, and Archive independently, each with its own Add, Edit, Delete, and Clear toggles. Let a chatter add fans to a list but not delete it, or manage bookmarks without touching post labels.
  • Queue split by event type — the single Queue switch is split into Scheduled Posts, Scheduled Messages, and Scheduled Mass Messages, each with Create, Edit, and Delete. A role can be allowed to schedule posts but not mass messages.
  • Per-page Settings groups — OnlyFans Settings now appear as clear per-page groups (Profile, Account, Privacy and safety, Subscription, and more), each opening into View plus its own field-by-field toggles. Grant access to one settings page without unlocking the rest.
  • Delayed messages on its own — the delayed-send clock next to the message box is now its own permission, separate from Send Messages. A role can schedule a delayed send without being able to send right away — or the other way around.

Improved

  • Allow one action, hide the next — inside an OnlyFans three-dot menu you can now permit one item while hiding another — for example, allow “Clear list” but hide “Delete list.” Forbidden actions simply don’t appear.
  • Section checkboxes that always match — ticking any action inside a section turns its View on automatically, and the section box correctly shows checked, unchecked, or partially selected based on what’s enabled underneath.
  • Clearer permission names — several permission titles across the Roles screen were renamed to say plainly what they do.
  • View OnlyFans notes — a read-only access level lets a teammate see notes on a fan without being able to change them.
Improvement2026.6.4

Vault uploads land in Messages, faster and lighter

Media you add to the Vault now lands in the Messages folder where chatters actually pull from, uploads run faster, and a big upload eats far less of your daily sending allowance.
  • Uploads land in Messages
  • Cleaner category picker
  • Faster large uploads
  • Cancel mid-upload
  • Lighter on your daily limit
  • Clear daily-limit message

New

  • Cancel an upload mid-way — stop any file from the upload status panel and it stops right away, even files still waiting on OnlyFans. You can also pause and resume files one at a time.
  • Clear daily-limit message — when OnlyFans’ daily upload cap is reached, you get an instant, plain message — “OnlyFans daily upload limit reached, try again later” — with a single notification so you know right away.

Improved

  • Uploads land in Messages — media you add through the Vault upload wizard now shows up under the Messages folder instead of Posts, matching where chatters pull media from when sending DMs and PPV. Nothing is ever sent to fans during upload.
  • Cleaner category picker — when moving media to a category, the picker now lists only your own custom lists — the folders you can actually assign media to. The left sidebar still shows every folder for browsing.
  • Faster large uploads — big batches with large videos finish noticeably faster, a slow file keeps the rest of the line moving, and uploads are tuned to avoid overloading OnlyFans.
  • Videos go through right away — videos and MOV files upload cleanly while OnlyFans is still preparing them.
  • Lighter on your daily limit — OnlyFans counts each upload batch against your daily message allowance. Uploads now pack more media into fewer batches, so a large upload leaves far more of your daily allowance free for real mass messages.
  • Clear status for heavy videos — for large videos the app waits longer for OnlyFans before adding tags, caption, and price. If OnlyFans is still processing the file, a notice tells you to verify the uploaded media in Vault and add its metadata there.

Fixed

  • Mass messages with attached Vault media send reliably — the Send button delivers the message to your fans.

Key details

  • Where — Automation > Vault > Add media
  • Permission — adding and uploading media is available with Edit Vault
Improvement2026.6.4

A steadier app through long shifts

A round of reliability work so the app stays smooth and quiet during long chat sessions — fewer surprise screens, fewer false alerts, and a clean recovery after every update.
  • Smoother long chat sessions
  • Accurate session-lost screen
  • Clean restart after an update
  • Keeps running on a full disk
  • Fewer false access alerts
  • Reload prompt only on real changes

Improved

  • Smoother long chat sessions — the chat list stays fluid through multi-hour sessions, even on smart-list filters while rows are still loading, so scrolling and reading stay smooth.
  • Accurate session-lost screen — the Session expired screen now appears only when your OnlyFans session is genuinely gone. A passing network or routing hiccup shows a calm banner with a Retry button instead, so you can tell the difference at a glance.
  • Clean restart after an update — when a new version ships, the app refreshes itself onto the latest build and lands you back where you were, instead of catching on a page that won’t load.
  • Keeps running on a full disk — if your computer runs out of disk space, the app stays open and shows a single “Not enough disk space” warning, so your shift carries on while you free up room.

Fixed

  • Mark all as read works for everyone who has that permission, with no stray “Access denied” message
  • The “Permissions updated — reload the app” prompt shows only when your access actually changes
  • Limited roles stay quiet in the background — the app checks your access before loading team, time-tracking, and fan-list data, so unrelated “no access” alerts don’t pile up
  • Repeated in-app refreshes stay light on memory across a long session
Improvement2026.6.3

Schedule a message right from the chat

Pick a date and time with the Scheduled Messages calendar in chat, press Send, and the message waits in Scheduled Messages for a delivery attempt at that time.
  • Pick a future date and time
  • Message waits to send
  • Lands on the right day
  • Save for later as a draft
  • Works with media, GIFs, PPV
  • No early bubble in the chat

Improved

  • Scheduled messages from chat — open the Scheduled Messages calendar in the chat toolbar, pick a future date and time, write your message, and press Send. It waits until that time instead of sending immediately; review its status afterward to confirm delivery.
  • Save for later — pick the calendar’s Save for later option to keep a message as a draft with no send time in your Scheduled Messages, so you can finish it whenever you want.
  • Straight to the right day — after you schedule, the app opens Scheduled Messages on the day your message is set to go out, so you can see it sitting there. Save for later opens Scheduled Messages itself.
  • Everything carries over — text, media, GIFs, PPV prices, free previews, replies, and tagged creators all schedule together, exactly as they would in a normal message.

Key details

  • Where — the Scheduled Messages button (calendar icon) in the chat toolbar, inside an open fan conversation in OnlyFans Manager
  • Permission — scheduling a chat message is available to roles allowed to manage scheduled messages; you only jump to Scheduled Messages afterward if your role has access to it
  • Note — a scheduled message shows up in Scheduled Messages, not as a bubble in the chat, since nothing has been sent yet
Improvement2026.6.3

Your time zone applies the moment you sign in

Every date and time across the app shows in the time zone from Your Preferences right from sign-in — no brief flash of the system time first.
  • Correct time zone at sign-in
  • No flash of system time
  • Each account keeps its own zone
  • Applies across chats and reports
  • Re-applies when you open Preferences
  • Carries into OnlyFans timestamps

Improved

  • Right zone from the first screen — the moment you sign in, every timestamp already shows in the time zone you picked in Your Preferences > Date & Time. Chats, schedules, and reports all open in your zone, with no quick flash of the system time on the way in.
  • Each account keeps its own zone — when you switch between accounts on desktop, every account shows the time zone saved for it. The zone you see always matches the account you’re working in.
  • Re-applies when you open Preferences — opening Your Preferences > Date & Time re-applies your saved zone to the live screen, so what you see and what’s saved always line up.
  • Carries into OnlyFans — timestamps inside the OnlyFans view follow the same zone as the rest of the app.

Key details

  • Available to — everyone signed in; the time zone is a personal setting with no role requirement
  • Where to set itYour Preferences > Date & Time card; changes save on their own
  • One-time confirm — if you set a zone before this update, pick it once more in Date & Time so it’s saved with your account
  • If your preferences can’t load — sign-in still goes through, and the app falls back to your computer’s zone until they load
Improvement2026.6.3
Search a campaign by name or by pasting its full tracking link, with every filter shown up front.
  • Search by campaign name
  • Paste a link to jump to it
  • Search, period, and expired filters
  • All filters visible by default
  • Full-width filters on small screens

New

  • Paste a link to jump to it — paste a full OnlyFans tracking link into the Search box and the table goes straight to that exact campaign. A regular link and a trial link both work. Plain text still searches by campaign name.

Improved

  • Filters visible by default — the Search, Period, and Show Expired filters now sit right above the campaign table, so you can search and filter without opening the funnel menu first. You can still hide any filter you don’t use from that menu.
  • Cleaner layout on small screens — the filter row stretches to full width on narrow windows, so search and the date range stay easy to use.

Shift History: cleaner reassigning and its own access

Move sales to the right person in one simple flow, see exactly where every sale belongs, and grant read access to Shift History on its own.
  • Dedicated View History access
  • Clearer rows for unassigned sales
  • Employee column with avatar
  • Reassign sales to anyone
  • Sorting that spans every page
  • Export from the toolbar

New

  • View History access — Shift History has its own access toggle, separate from managing the schedule. Let someone read past shifts and their sales without giving them control over anything else. Set it to Entire Agency, Group & Subgroups, or Own Data Only.
  • Two clear rows for unassigned sales — sales that don’t line up with a shift now split into two labeled rows so you always know why: Unassigned (no employee) for sales no team member is linked to, and Outside shifts for a team member’s sales that fall outside their shifts.
  • Employee column — every row in the history table shows the team member’s avatar and name, so you can tell at a glance who each line belongs to.

Improved

  • One reassign flow — in View Sales, pick the sales you want, choose any team member you can access, and confirm — the same simple flow for every kind of row. The matching shift is worked out for you, so the sale lands in the right place.
  • Sorting across every page — sort View Sales by Date & time or Earnings and the order covers the full list, not just the rows already on screen, so the top of the list is the real top.
  • Export in the toolbarExport is a clean icon button in the toolbar above the table.
  • Edit opens the shift — the Edit pencil opens the shift editor straight away, matching the look of the rest of the app.
  • Matching dates and times — dates and times in Shift History read the same way as everywhere else in the app.

Fixed

  • Numeric columns in View Sales sort when you click them
  • Per-sale and select-all checkboxes respond right away
  • The Status column in View Sales stays on one line
  • Shift History refreshes after you save or delete a shift
  • The Create Shift button is tucked away while you read history

A clear path to update when your app is too old

When your desktop app falls behind the version it needs, you now get one simple window that updates you in a single click.
  • One clear update window
  • Single Update Now button
  • Live download progress
  • Installs and restarts on its own
  • Try Again if nothing is ready
  • Your open accounts come back

New

  • Update Required window — when your desktop app is too far behind, it opens one focused window with a short message and a single Update Now button, so you always know what to do next.
  • One-click update — press Update Now once and the app finds the new version, downloads it, installs it, and restarts into the new version on its own — no extra prompts along the way.
  • Try Again — if the new version isn’t ready yet, you see a friendly note and a Try Again button so you can retry in a moment.

Improved

  • Live download progress — a thin progress bar fills up while the new version downloads, with the percent right on the button, so you can see how far along it is.
  • One window, no clutter — even if several things hit the version limit at once, you still see exactly one Update Required window, not a pile of pop-ups.
  • Your work comes back — the accounts you had open before the update reopen automatically once the app restarts, so you pick up right where you left off.
