Get support without explaining who you are

Click Support and the chat opens already knowing your name, your agency, and which accounts you have connected — so you skip the back-and-forth and get an answer faster.
  • One-click identified support
  • Name and agency recognized
  • Team size and access level shown
  • Connected accounts at a glance
  • No questions, no copy-paste
  • Faster first reply

How it works

Click Support anywhere you see it in the CRM. The AgencyKey Telegram support bot opens, and the person helping you already sees who you are. You don’t fill in anything — just describe your problem.

Where to find Support

The Support button is available in three places:

What the support team sees

The moment your chat opens, the support card shows the agent everything they’d normally have to ask for:
  • Your name and the email on your account
  • Your agency and team — including how many people are on it
  • Your access level — full agency, your team, or just your own work
  • Connected accounts — how many OnlyFans accounts you have linked, and any that need attention
Because they already have the full picture, there’s no warm-up — they jump straight to solving your issue.

Signed in or not

When you’re signed in, every Support click opens an identified chat. On the sign-in screens — where there’s no account yet — Support still opens the same Telegram bot, just without the personal details.

Key details

  • Permission — everyone on your team can use Support; no special access needed
  • What you see — the connected-accounts part of the card matches what you can already see in the app, so a chatter shows their own accounts and an owner shows the whole agency
  • Privacy — the details travel straight to the support team and are only used to help you faster
Improvement2026.5.14

Tighter account security and quicker chat translation

Turning on the authenticator app now asks for your password first, and repeated chat translations come back faster.
  • Password check before setup
  • Protects an already-signed-in screen
  • Email code setup unchanged
  • Faster repeat translations
  • Common phrases reused
  • Steadier translation under load

Improved

  • Password before the authenticator app — in Settings > Account > Two-factor authentication, turning on the authenticator app now asks you to confirm your account password before it shows the QR code. This keeps anyone who finds your screen already signed in from linking their own authenticator app to your account. Setting up the email code stays the same — the code we email you already proves the inbox is yours.
  • Faster repeat translations — common fan messages and reply templates that have already been translated come back right away, instead of being translated from scratch every time. The first translation of a new phrase works exactly as before; the speed-up shows on the ones you and your team see often.
  • Steadier translation under load — chat translation holds up better during busy stretches, so the text you need is ready when you are.
