# Shared Reports

> Build public read-only reports for clients, advertisers, and partners

Shared Links let you send a public URL to an advertiser, partner or investor so they can see the performance of the campaigns they care about — without giving them an AgencyKey account.

All Shared Links are read-only and limited to the metrics and sources you choose.

## When to use a Shared Link

* Reporting ad performance to an external advertiser
* Showing campaign ROI to a partner without exposing internal data
* Giving a client a live, always-up-to-date dashboard instead of manual reports

## 1. Open the share dialog

Open **Analytics → Shared reports** and click **Create report**.

## 2. Configure the link

The builder has five sections: report details, creator, tracking and trial sources, visible metrics, and link expiration.

| Field                        | Required | Notes                                                                 |
| ---------------------------- | -------- | --------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| **Internal report name** | Yes | Team-only label so you know what the share is for |
| **Report title** | Yes | Heading shown to anyone with the public link |
| **Note** | No | Team-only context; never appears in the public report |
| **Creator** | Yes | One report can contain sources for one creator only |
| **Tracking & trial sources** | Yes | Pick at least one source — only selected sources appear in the report |
| **Visible metrics** | Yes | Pick at least one metric the recipient should see |
| **Link expiration**          | Yes      | Choose 7, 30, 90, or 180 days, or set a custom future date            |

<Tip>
  You can share only the metrics the advertiser needs. Hide Cost and other margin inputs when they should stay internal.
</Tip>

Click **Select sources** to open the source picker. Filter by **All**, **Tracking**, or **Trial**, show **Selected only**, or search by name, tracking code, or link. The checkbox in the table header selects the current page only; selections remain while you search, filter, or move between pages.

Drag the lower-right corner to resize the picker. On a narrow window, the controls wrap and the table scrolls horizontally; on a short screen, scroll the dialog to keep pagination and the action buttons reachable.

## 3. Save and copy the URL

Click **Create & copy link**. The dialog closes, the report appears in the list, and the public URL is copied to your clipboard. You can copy it again any time from the report row.

## Managing Shared Links

The **Shared reports** page lists the reports your role can access.

| Column             | Meaning                                                                             |
| ------------------ | ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| **Report** | Internal name and public report title |
| **Model** | Creator plus the number of tracking and trial sources |
| **Note**           | Team-only context                                                                   |
| **Status**         | Active-until date, Expired, Revoked, or data-unavailable state                      |
| **Views** | Public view count and latest visit when available |
| **Data update** | Latest report-data or edit time |
| **Link / Actions** | Copy or open the URL; edit, duplicate, renew, replace, revoke, or delete the report |

Available actions:

* **Copy URL** — copy the public link to the clipboard.
* **Edit report** — change the names, note, sources, visible metrics, and source-display options.
* **Duplicate report** — create another report from the current configuration.
* **Renew for 180 days** — extend access while keeping the same URL.
* **Replace public link** — keep the report and settings but invalidate the old URL.
* **Revoke** or **Delete** — stop access immediately; deletion also removes the report.

<Warning>
  Deleting a Shared Link cannot be undone. Anyone who had the public URL will see a "link not found" page from that moment on.
</Warning>

## What the advertiser sees

The advertiser opens the URL in a browser — no login required — and sees:

* AgencyKey branding, the creator identity, and the latest data time
* Only the Tracking and Trial Link sources you selected
* Only the metrics you selected
* A language control for English, Russian, Spanish, or German; the selected language stays in the report URL
* A responsive source table with search, sorting, and pagination
* A summary for the complete report
* No access to other campaigns, creators, or internal data

Real source links can be opened or copied from the report. If a source has no public URL, the report shows an **Internal ID** instead of inventing a tracking code.

## Traffic periods and dynamics

The period control offers the current day, previous day, last 7 days, and last 30 days based on the report's data time in UTC.

The selected period changes:

* **Clicks**
* **Subscriptions**
* **Conversion**
* the daily dynamics chart for each source and the summary

**Revenue**, **Cost**, **Profit**, and **ROI** remain all-time totals. The report states this difference beside the period controls so a short traffic window is not mistaken for a short financial window.

Use **Shared** chart scale to compare volume between sources or **Own** scale to make each source's shape easier to inspect. If older daily history is unavailable, the chart says so instead of substituting zero activity.

## Export and JSON access

Use **Export report** to download or print the report:

| Format        | Scope                                         |
| ------------- | --------------------------------------------- |
| PDF | Selected traffic period, all included sources |
| CSV           | All-time data                                 |
| Excel (.xlsx) | All-time data                                 |
| JSON          | All-time data                                 |

Exports include every source in the share regardless of the current search, sort, filter, or page. The **API** button can copy or open a JSON link for the same all-time report data.

<Warning>
  Anyone with the Shared Link or its JSON link can access that report. Treat both URLs as private client links and do not publish them.
</Warning>

## Metric meanings

* **Subscriptions** means subscriptions for Tracking Links and activations for Trial Links.
* Financial amounts are shown **before OnlyFans fees**.
* Latest-source attribution keeps historical spend with its original source and assigns future spend to the newest link used by the fan.
* The public report contains source totals, not a fan-level list.

<Note>
  A Shared Link is a live view of the report's latest synchronized data, not an immutable statement. Check the displayed update time when comparing it with an older downloaded file.
</Note>

## Common issues

| Issue                                                  | What to check                                                                                                      |
| ------------------------------------------------------ | ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ |
| Advertiser sees "link not found" | The share was deleted, expired, or the URL was copied incomplete |
| New sources are missing on the advertiser's page | Shared Links only include sources that were explicitly selected — edit the share to add them |
| A metric is not visible | That metric was not included in the Visible metrics selection |
| Financial totals do not change with the traffic period | This is expected: traffic metrics follow the selected period, while Revenue, Cost, Profit, and ROI remain all-time |
| A dynamics chart says unavailable | Daily history is missing for that source and period; the report does not treat missing history as zero |
