# Recurring Shifts

> Create shifts that automatically repeat

## Repeat options

| Option | Description |
| ------------- | ------------------ |
| **No Repeat** | One-time shift |
| **Weeks** | Repeats every week |

## Setting up weekly repeat

1. Select **Weeks** in the Repeat Options field
2. Choose days of the week (can select multiple):
   * Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday
3. (Optional) Set the **Repeat Ends** date

### Example

A shift 09:00-17:00, repeating Mon, Wed, Fri — will be created automatically every week on these days.

## Identifying recurring shifts

In the calendar, a repeat icon appears next to the time for recurring shifts.

## Editing recurring shifts

When editing a recurring shift, you'll see a choice:

| Option | What happens |
| ------------------------------ | ------------------------------ |
| **Only this shift** | Only the selected date changes |
| **This and all future shifts** | All future occurrences change |

## Deleting recurring shifts

Same as editing:

* **Only this shift** — deletes one date
* **This and all future** — deletes the series

## Tips

* To stop repetitions: edit and set an end date
* Changing "only this shift" creates an exception in the series
* You can always convert a recurring shift to one-time by editing it
