# Notifications

> Configure sound notifications for creator activity

Open **Settings → Notifications** to control sounds for creator events. Changes are saved automatically and follow your AgencyKey account.

## Master controls

* **All sounds** turns every sound notification on or off.
* **Volume** has Off, Low, Medium, and High levels.
* **Play** previews the selected sound and can also allow audio after the browser or desktop app has blocked automatic playback.

## Event settings

Each event can be enabled separately and can use one of six sounds: Ping, Coin, Chime, Blip, Pop, or Marimba.

| New subscriber or renewal | Off     |

The initial master setting is on and the initial volume is Medium. Subscriber and renewal events can arrive later than the activity on OnlyFans.

## Where sounds work

Sound notifications are available for models that have an open tab in the AgencyKey workspace. Closing a model tab stops sound coverage for that model.

## If you do not hear a sound

1. Make sure the creator has an open tab.
2. Check **All sounds**, the volume level, and the switch for that event.
3. Click **Play** once to test the output and allow audio playback.
4. Check the computer's mute setting, output device, and app volume.
5. Reload the workspace if the settings were changed on another device.

  These settings control sound alerts. In-app notification items and delivery by other channels may have separate behavior.
