# System Notifications

> Review important AgencyKey account, team, shift, task, and creator connection events

System Notifications keep important AgencyKey events in one global inbox. The bell in the top bar is available across the CRM and shows the number of unread items.

## Open notifications

Click the bell to see the latest notifications without leaving your current page. Select **View all notifications** to open the full page.

The full page has three tabs:

* **All** — every notification you can access
* **Unread** — items you have not marked as read
* **Read** — items you already reviewed

You can also filter by **Critical**, **Warning**, **Information**, or **Success**.

## Supported events

AgencyKey can notify you when:

* A creator's OnlyFans session expires
* An invited employee joins your team
* An employee is removed from your team
* Your AgencyKey password changes
* A shift is created or assigned
* A task is created and assigned to you

The available notifications depend on your account, role, and model access.

## Work with notifications

* Click a notification to mark it as read and open its available destination
* Use the item menu to mark it as read or unread
* Delete an item when you no longer need it
* Select **Mark all as read** to clear the unread count

If your role cannot open the destination, the notification stays readable but the action is not offered.

## Notification settings

Use the gear in the notification panel to open [Settings → Notifications](/docs/preferences/notifications). The unified table controls pop-ups, auto-hide, sounds, and volume for **AgencyKey events** alongside fan messages, tips, PPV unlocks, and subscriptions.

Turning off the **AgencyKey events** pop-up stops new system-event cards from appearing over your work; it does not delete items from this inbox. Inbox read state and deletion are still managed from the bell or the full Notifications page.

  System Notifications are different from the notification feed inside an individual creator workspace. Creator workspace notifications come from OnlyFans and follow that creator's open tab.
