## Prepare Chat Guard rules in one workspace
Configure and test message-safety rules for each Account from the new **Chat Guard** section, with separate access for rule management and journals.

## How it works
1. Open **Growth → Chat Guard** and select an Account.
2. Enable **Chat Guard**, review the prepared topics, and add your own words, exceptions, or custom topics.
3. Use **Check a message** to see which saved rules match a draft before you copy the setup to other accessible Accounts.
## Key details
* **Organize rules by risk** — prepared topics cover off-platform contact, outside payments, ban risks, meetups, self-promotion, and persona details; custom topics let you add agency-specific concerns
* **Tune each Account separately** — enable or disable individual topics and prepared words without changing the setup of another Account

## How it works
1. Open **Settings → Notifications** and connect your Telegram account if needed.
2. In **Tasks**, enable any combination of **Assignments**, **Comments**, **Completion**, and **Reopening**.
3. Open a Telegram notification to continue in the matching AgencyKey task.

## How it works
1. In an Account's chat list, open the list menu and pin the Smart Lists the team should keep as tabs.
2. In **Smart Lists**, add **Subscription**, select **Expired**, and optionally set how many days ago the subscription ended.
3. Clear **Active** when the audience should contain only expired subscribers, then preview and save the list.

Chat cards now explain where a fan's spending came from, distinguish subscription states more clearly, and keep the all-time PPV paid rate readable.

## Start onboarding in the right language
New team members can choose their communication language at the beginning of onboarding, with an immediate interface change when that language is available in AgencyKey.

1. Open the **Dashboard** and choose the reporting period, models, and **Before commission** or **After commission** amount view.
2. Select models manually, or use **Select creators by group or tag** to replace the selection with one group, model tags, or models without tags.
3. In **Top models** or **Top chatters**, switch the ranking tab to compare the result you need.

## How it works
1. Open **Mass Messages**, create a new message, and choose **Subscriber welcome**.

## How it works
1. Open **Data Migration**, select an Account, and choose the **Archive** tab.
2. Select the sections you need and choose **Download archive**.
3. In the other agency, select the same OnlyFans Account, upload the archive file, and choose **Preview import**.
4. Review the sections and possible matches, then confirm the import.

* **Move the connected setup** — an archive can include fan notes and details, Vault metadata, Scripts, Scenarios, Smart Lists, mailings, inbox folders, and the Account note or tags

Open the full Tasks workspace or work with the current fan’s tasks inside chats, with the right Account, deadlines, comments, and status kept together.

## How it works
1. Open **Tasks** from the main navigation to search, filter, sort, and review team work.
2. Create or open a task to manage its assignee, Account, priority, deadline, status, description, and comments.
3. In chats, open **Tasks** to see the current fan’s work or create a task already linked to that Account and fan.

* **See the section with access** — the Tasks page and chat controls appear for users with **View list** access; create, edit, and delete remain separate permissions

## How it works
1. Right-click a chat row, or open **More** in the chat header.
2. Choose **Restrict** or **Unrestrict**.
3. Continue working in the same conversation while AgencyKey updates the row status.

## Control how campaign chains rotate
Send automated-message chains in a defined order or choose them randomly without repeating the previous chain.

* **Choose the rotation mode** — for a campaign that sends every time its trigger matches and contains several chains, turn **Choose a chain at random** on or off

* **Reorder complete chains** — while a campaign is a draft, move chains up or down together with their messages, media, prices, and delays
* **Avoid immediate repeats** — random rotation gives chains equal chances while excluding the chain used on the previous matching trigger
* **Review before launch** — the confirmation shows whether the campaign uses sequential or random rotation and lists the saved chain order
* **Preserve existing behavior** — campaigns created before this update keep random selection unless you edit their rotation setting
## Save paid messages as Scripts safely
Apply the same PPV price rules in chats and Scripts, and see exactly what will be kept when you save a sent message as a Script.

* **Use the same price rules** — chat messages, delayed sends, Scripts, and Script imports accept **$0** or **$3–\$200**, with up to two decimal places

* **Keep paid media and price** — when a sent message has paid text and paid media, **Save as Script** copies the media and price but explains that the paid text cannot be copied

Change the shared order and size of Dashboard cards from a narrower web view, with a preview that shows both the desktop arrangement and the reading order on your phone.

## How it works
1. Open the Dashboard in a narrower browser window and choose the arrange button on a card.
2. Place the card before or after another card, choose its alignment, and adjust the width or height used on larger screens.
3. Review the shared preview and phone order, then select **Apply**.

* **Arrange without a drag gesture** — the dialog gives touch-friendly controls for moving and sizing a card when the desktop grid is not available
* **Keep one shared arrangement** — the saved change also applies to the Dashboard on your computer

## Tune notifications from one compact table

## How it works
In AgencyKey Desktop, open **Settings → Notifications** and use the **Counter** column. Choose any combination of **Subscriptions**, **Purchases**, **Tips**, **Tags**, **Comments**, **Mentions**, **Likes**, **Messages**, and **Unavailable media**.
You can change the same selection from the gear in the OnlyFans Notifications panel or from **Notification counter** in Chat interface settings. The choice applies across open Accounts and windows in this Desktop installation.

In Mass Messages and Scripts, continue long Note or Hashtag searches when you choose, while delayed folder searches and rapid sorting changes settle on your latest choice.
