# Table & Columns

> Understanding the accounts table columns and features

The accounts table shows all OnlyFans accounts connected to your CRM.

## Columns explained

### ID

The unique OnlyFans identifier for this account. Copy it when AgencyKey support asks which creator account is affected.

### OF Username

The public username on OnlyFans (e.g., @username).

* Click to open the OnlyFans profile in a new tab
* A link icon appears when you hover

### Model

The display name used within AgencyKey. This is your internal name — it doesn't affect the OnlyFans profile.

* Click to edit (if you have permission)
* Maximum 15 characters
* Appears in sidebar and throughout the CRM

### Authorization status

Shows whether the account is properly connected:

| Status | What It Means | What To Do |
| ------------------------ | -------------------------------------- | -------------------------------------------- |
| **Connected** (green) | Everything works | Nothing needed |
| **Disconnected** (red)   | Session expired                        | [Reauthorize](./reauthorization) the account |
| **Not Connected** (gray) | Connection is incomplete | Complete the connection process |
| **Unlinked** | No active session is linked | Reconnect the creator |
| **2FA Required** | OnlyFans needs additional verification | Complete the challenge in the login window |

### Sync

Shows how much of the account's historical data AgencyKey has synced from OnlyFans. This helps you know when your analytics numbers are trustworthy.

| Status                 | Meaning                                                        |
| ---------------------- | -------------------------------------------------------------- |
| **Up to date** (green) | All data is synced |
| **Syncing N%** (blue) | Historical data is still being collected |
| **Not started** (gray) | Sync hasn't begun yet |
| **Auth Error** (red)   | Account can't be reached — [reauthorize](./reauthorization) it |

Hover the badge to see a breakdown per data type — subscribers, chats, transactions, tracking links, trial links, lists, and more. Each row shows how many items were synced and how long ago it finished.

<Tip>
  After connecting a new account, keep an eye on the **Sync** column. Analytics and reports only reflect what's already synced.
</Tip>

### Proxy

Shows how the account connects to OnlyFans:

| Display                 | Meaning                                                                     |
| ----------------------- | --------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| **Direct** | No per-creator Custom Proxy; the account follows the app-wide routing order |
| **Proxy name + status** | Using a proxy server                                                        |

Proxy status indicators:

* **Green** — Proxy is working
* **Red** — Proxy has issues
* **Yellow** — Checking connection
* **Gray** — Not checked yet

Click to change the proxy assignment.

### Subscription

Shows the creator's trial or paid billing state. Open [Billing](/docs/billing) for dates, upcoming charges, grace, cancellation, or blocked status.

### AI Recon Sharing and Platform Stats Sharing

These independent chips show which data pool the creator uses for each shared feature. See [Data Sharing](./data-sharing).

### Employees and Groups

**Employees** shows people assigned directly to this creator. **Groups** shows the group branches that can reach it through scoped permissions. Hover a value for details.

### Note

An internal note of up to 500 characters. Editing it requires a separate role permission.

### In menu

A toggle that controls whether this account appears in the left sidebar menu for quick access.

* **On** — the account is shown in the sidebar
* **Off** — the account is hidden from the sidebar

The setting is saved per user and takes effect immediately.

This column is used by the desktop app; hiding a creator from the menu does not remove access.

### Date added

When the account was first connected to AgencyKey.

## Customizing the table

You can hide columns you don't use and reorder the rest to match the way you work. Click the **Columns** button (sliders icon) next to **Add Creator** in the page header to open the settings dropdown.

| Action             | How                                      |
| ------------------ | ---------------------------------------- |
| Show/hide a column | Toggle the checkbox next to its name |
| Reorder columns | Drag the handle on the left of each row |
| Pin/unpin a column | Click the pin icon that appears on hover |
| Reset | Use **Select all** to show every column |

<Note>
  The **Model Name** column is always visible and cannot be hidden. Your layout is saved in the current browser or desktop app on this device; it does not follow your account to another device.
</Note>

<Tip>
  The same **Columns** button is available on other major tables — Analytics (Creators and Employees), Message Campaigns, Scenarios, and Scripts.
</Tip>

## Deleting accounts

If you have the required permission, a trash icon appears on the right side of each row. It removes the creator connection from AgencyKey but does not delete the creator's OnlyFans account. There is no instant **Undo** action; reconnecting the same creator can restore its CRM record and history, after which you should review its assignments and settings.

## Tips

* **Quick profile check**: Click any username to open their OnlyFans page
* **Bulk status check**: Proxy statuses are checked automatically when you load the page
* **Hover for details**: Many cells show more info when you hover over them
