# Accounts Overview

> Manage all OnlyFans creator accounts connected to AgencyKey

Use **Accounts** to connect creator accounts, monitor their connection and synchronization status, and control who can work with them.

## Where to find it

Open **Accounts** in the sidebar. The table is available in the web and desktop apps; adding or reconnecting a creator requires the desktop app.

## What you can do

* View all connected OnlyFans accounts
* Check connection status for each account
* Add new creator accounts
* Assign proxies for secure connections
* See which team members work with each account
* Control which accounts appear in the sidebar menu
* Review subscription and data-sharing settings
* Remove creator connections you no longer need

## Interface overview

The main view is a table showing all your accounts:

Each row represents one OnlyFans account with key information at a glance:

* **ID** — OnlyFans account identifier
* **OF Username** — Username on OnlyFans (click to open profile)
* **Model Name** — Display name in the CRM (editable)
* **Authorization Status** — Connection health
* **Sync** — Historical-data synchronization progress
* **Subscription** — Trial, paid, grace, blocked, or cancelled state
* **Proxy** — Network routing configuration
* **AI Recon Sharing / Platform Stats Sharing** — Current data-sharing pool
* **Employees / Groups** — Why team members can reach the creator
* **Note** — Internal account note
* **In Menu** — Desktop sidebar visibility for your user
* **Date Added** — When the account was connected

## Access and availability

What you can see and do depends on your role settings. The Owner or someone who can manage team access configures which accounts you can view and what actions you can perform.

Removing a row disconnects that creator from this CRM; it does not delete the creator's OnlyFans account. There is no instant **Undo** action. Reconnecting the same creator can restore its CRM record and history; after reconnecting, review the creator's assignments, proxy, sharing, and sidebar settings.

For more details, see [Access & Groups](./access).
